Wikipedia's article on conworlding is actually really good. It even gives some very solid advice on how to form your landmasses! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructed_world

If you have dinosaur-based creatures in your conworlds, The Discovery Channel's Dinoviewer could be useful.

However, they have a rather small selection of dinosaurs to look at, and some are reconstructed from just a skull and a few vertebrae and things like that. Still nice.
