The same thing I do the rest of the year. Working. confused
I only get 5 vacation days per year, and I won't have all of them til like late October.
Pretty much that, and trying to buy a house.

I'm going to NJ for a month to visit family. Besides that, I'm going to a week-long journalism workshop type thing at Michigan State University.
Music wise I'm going to see Ozzfest, Live Earth, Rush, whatever local shows are going on, and a local festival called Kalamashoegazing.

Some of my friends from Norway are coming down.

I was partying a lot, until my then-best friend decided to be a total cow. Now my social connections are mostly severed, so I just read excessively and listen to music. I dislike the heat, the humidity, and the unpleasant sensation of the sun baking my epidermis, so I mostly stay indoors before sunset. My summer has rather taken a turn for the banal, I'm afraid. neutral

June: My sister graduated from college, and I went to Las Vegas for week. It was a lot of fun, but hotter than ******** hell. gonk
July: I went to a cityhood celebration and saw a few local bands play that I can't remember the names of now. I got lost coming home from Sacramento and almost ended up in Reno, which is no real surprise.
August: Mostly just doing work at a nearby elementary school before I start back to college next week.
I also went to the movies more than I normally do, although pretty much everything I saw ended up being bad.

Going to little tokyo in July or June have some anime shopping to do and i feel like having japanese cuisine perhaps even do karoke but mostly going for shopping i need a new kimono and i want some more manga and anime i might buy a bottle of sake for my gf and i to share and ofcourse a few bottles of ramune.
I'd love to go to Japan for real some time but i guess that will just have to wait a few more years when my gf gets that gaming job.

Work, do nothing, be with my girl friend when possible, I did see Nine Inch Nails and Jane's Addiction but JA sucked. OH and I'm going to New Jersy for the weekend

3) NIN/JA show, which was good overall

6) Rarely spent time with friends

-went to summer school for American Literature and passed with an 87
-got kicked out of my house for a week because I told my mother it was World History for advancement instead of admitting I failed American Lit. during the school year
-downloaded a felonious amount of music
-DIY'd the hell out of a Tripp jacket (no gaudy chains or anything, just some patches)
-countless other trivial miscellaneous things
