This is for 'Contagious Bad Luck' from the black cat tonic.
Base Mys: 366
Buffed Mys w/ CBL: 367
Buffed Mys w/o CBL: 440
I came up with -20% mysticality. Is this correct?
Formula:
(440 - 367) / 366 * 100 = 20 or so

Sorry, I can't comment because I haven't been playing -- was on hiatus from KoL for quite a while and that stuff came out during the hiatus. I'm back now (trying to squeeze in an oxy turtle tamer run for the pith helmet before NS13), but haven't really caught up.
