As for your guild for this, you must also change the purpose of the guild, you may use the guild to hold the contest, but only over the name, not the actual account. This is an informal warning, however, failure to change your contest to simply give out the name will result in a formal warning and possible ban from Gaia Online.

Because of this I don't feel it’s fair to the person I pick. There is no 100% chance they will get the name.
Do not write to any Mods about this, if you have complaints then post them here and I will try to work it out. It's up to me to discuss this with them.

Keep submitting until June 15th if you want, just incase I work it out or comply and I do pick a winner. If I do then the winner and I can discuss a time to exchange the name through private emails.

edit: exchange meaning - in a gaia legal way.

Yes, to legaly give out your Account would be over via email. Not on gaia, because Gaian rules shouldn't apply for other sites known as Yahoo, or hotmail. You should be fine with the contest. Just make a new email so you don't get flooded then give the account to winner.
