Please know that I refer to the US release, not the various Japanese releases.
I've been an avid reader and collector of these since issue #0. I certainly love how the SJ crew finally made manga so affordable. I love to read a variety of manga instead of paying for a graphic novel, but SJ has made graphic novels more affordable than they used to be. Perhaps my favorite manga in SJ is Hikaru no Go. I don't know why, but the strategy of such a game, even if I'd never play it myself.
Any other readers want to start a discussion?

Major Shaman King fan. I lost all my manga in a fire, but love it none the less. I was up to volume 6 in my collection. Plan on starting up and getting the full set in the future.

They're taking Shaman King outta the SJ monthly mag and planning on I believe beginning to release it separately again... I'm not quite sure on the details. All I know is they're calling it SJ Evolution. I would say I love Anna best from that series...gotta love a woman like that...poor Yoh though

Anna owns Yoh! >< As lame as it sounds I used to enjoy Naruto and DBZ. I started reading Naruto before it became a craze, but now that it's everywhere I'm kinda sick of it. And DBZ has a repetetive plot. The train, alien comes, they fight some, of them die, they win, some of the dead are wished back thanks to the Dragonballs. The end. It gets old. I like SJs manga than the animes that useually follow. And let's face it $30 dollars to be put on their mailing list is much more reasonable than the $9.95 +tax we'd pay for the individual manga. ^^

Souless Sacrifice I don't understand Hiskaru No Go's game strategy either >< There is a Go club in the high school I'm going to soon, so I might start playing it >w< They're taking Shaman King out of SHonen jump?! NUUU!! >< First Dragon ball Z now this? gonk lol I don't get it much either, but if I knew how to play the game I bet I would. I just love the manga though and I don't know why. Maybe because it's strategy and it's a game. And yeah DBZ is repetitive. Then again, it was supposed to end after the Saiyan saga in the beginning. I only really liked it when Videl came along anyway.

Giggling_Rogue As lame as it sounds I used to enjoy Naruto and DBZ. I started reading Naruto before it became a craze, but now that it's everywhere I'm kinda sick of it. Saaame here! At first the anime episodes were so exiting b/c they played out frame by frame from the manga now it's just ppsshhhh. I was disappointed how slim the magazine was becoming too and it just wasn't holding my attention anymore. I think I out grew the age demography on that one, same with the Shojo Beat magazine. It's kinda depressing.
Faust is my all time favorite character from Shaman King!! The english dub of that anime was gratting on my nerves so I didn't watch it avidly.
Hikaro no Go reminds me of DeathNote in terms of superior intrinsic reasoning intelligence skills. It made Go cool again for some.
