I like the part in "Smash It Up" towards the end, when Dave and the Cap kinda dance together... whee
I love the other "Is It A Dream" video also.
They should have made an actual video for "Eloise"...stupid record company! scream

I absolutely loved each and every video, particularly Shadow of Love and Anything, but there's a video on Youtube of them on a German TV show performing Love Song and Smash it Up, and when they're introducing the band, Dave jumps up and scares the hosts.
More Goths today need to remember that piss-take element we loved early on. We replaced our punk with spunk and I don't like it.

I completely agree with Deathrocker P I. For the most part I love the earliest stuff from Damned Damned Damned till Machine Gun Ettiquette and after that I feel a bit of loss of engergy. I mean I can find some GREAT songs after Machine Gun Ettiquette, but I just feel like that energy from there early days was wearing out.

I love almost every live video Ive seen from the early days, its kinda cool how it sped up from the recordings whenever they played Neat Neat Neat, New Rose, or Love Song. There energy was just completely intense. What I love about them is that out off all the 77 punk bands they were the fastest and even after all the "punks" came in and it became more rigid in style and less free, they still stuck to there original roots and would still write the traditional love song.

Some b***h back in the 70s
The Damned were the first British punk rock group to record a single, release an album, tour the United States, and break up. Yes, they were the first, and also the worst.

The Damned had it right, they remembered it was about having fun before it all became about rioting, anarchy, and the drugs.
It's a damn shame the almost no one else could remember that.
Well, The Clash did later on, but they crucified themselves for it, I think.

Eh, Music for Pleasure and Not of This Earth/I'm Alright Jack and the Beanstalk were probably their two worst albums.
I'd call Strawberries third worst, but for the most part, from Punk to Goth, all of their work's brilliant.
