Has anyone ever read any of the books? if so which ones did you like best and who was your favorite character. I heard they were going to be doing an animated movie on the first book also.

My favorite character would have to be Raistlin, who is the coolest mage ever ^^ I like the first 7 books. I haven't read much of the third saga or any of the prequels.
