If you have a dispute in one of the battles, come here to have them resolved as to not fill up the other threads with the discussion. It is here where judges and sometimes non official will place in their word, with the judges having the final say.

`Effin //I humbly request a judges opinion on that last move, My argument being: at the speed a gatsuga erupts, you would not be able to hold onto Kizus legs.

I read the RP that has been mentioned by `Effin, I do agree at the rate the Gatsuga is executed, theres no way that a person could keep his grip, and even if he could, his arms would be torn off.

[I second the notion, however..! Motobu increased his strength, thus he would be capable of holding on. Not to mention, when Rock Lee does his technique involving hand wraps, like Motobu did, he has more control. ]

Not to mention, when Rock Lee does his technique involving hand wraps, like Motobu did, he has more control. ] This is true, Even so, Grip isn't entirely related to strength and control, Also, it doesn't mean that his arms would stay on, Part of the gatsuga is being the center of the whirlwind, the eye of the storm if you will, anything outside of that eye wouldn't be able to stay at the same velocity as the eye, AKA Kizu, This means the spinning ratio of Kizu and Motobu would be different, which in turn means Motobu couldn't keep holding onto Kizu without losing his limbs, |:

... Since you're on top of him, doesn't that put him in the center..?

Since you're on top of him, doesn't that put him in the center..? //No, The jutsu is created around the jutsu user, Thus i am the center I leave the decision to you, But let me just say that this is not a real tornado, The center of the attack, and the cause of the attack is me, Basically Kizu IS the tornado, It doesn't appear arround the pair, it eminates from Kizu, thus pushing away objects around it, not taking them in.

[I understand old friend. Quite well, remember, I am quite brilliant in physics for spars. wink Anyways, in BJJ, the point of contact for control is around the waist, and is similiar to High School Wrestling. You - MIGHT - be the tornado in that attack, but Motobu has you somewhat restricted with hand wraps and his Inner Earth Jutsu that increases his attributes. In my mind, you both created Destructive Interference and sorta went.. BOOM! ]

Oh, and about the small trail thing; from that, it seems like he'd just get like, spit'd out the bottom or something...

Kinslayer: Well, i trust your judgement, What is your official standing on the matter? Set us a mark to continue on wink

[Personally, I say ******** the mechanics and continue for the fun of this tournement. Bickering like this ruins it. But, I will wait for the proctor of your match to decide the outcome because one proctors word is like playing god in my eyes, and I had enough of that in the FFA. ]

[I second the notion, however..! Motobu increased his strength, thus he would be capable of holding on. Not to mention, when Rock Lee does his technique involving hand wraps, like Motobu did, he has more control. ] [- Yet the grip isn't holding control of his upper body? So he's free to twist that as he would, less his spines been completely disabled by a mysteriouse ram rod. -] [In BJJ, the point of control is around the waist. Similiar to what Motobu did to Effin. Not to mention the hand wraps restricting Effin. ] [- In Gymnstics and such usually executing a spin or flip is executed by manovering the shoulders and spine? To create the rotation, the hips are used to continue the spin sure. But isn't the Gatsuge started from the head of the body? Then follows down? So his hips are the third main part of the body, so unless Motobu wants to fall flat on his a** because of being unbalanced...That could probably be what happens anyways, the gatsuga although can't fully be executed, can still creat a huge unabalance. -] [Point proven. But may I ask a question myself? Are you listed as a proctor in the Chuunin Exams? So, unless you have questions about your own spar, then don't place yourself in a position to settle others arguements.
Think of the counter-attack like wheels connected to each other to work in unison. Take one out or jam it, and the others begin to not work properly. Effin might start from the head, but when his waist begins to spin, the increased strength of Motobu can contain it's power to a lesser strength and disturb it's flow. ] So either way, the move will knock them both off balance, and leave them in a futal postion, in this case, thrown away from one another. No question about it.
And I wasn't setteling an argument, I was stating my somewhat expert opinion on the matter.
