Liltha is a shadow of its former self, a once-fertile land now incapable of producing crops, due to all the blood spilt upon the soil from a civil war years ago. Now, Liltha is a desolate, haunted place, with a few sparse forests and a large lake in the centre, the Saiben Lake. It is nearly desert-like outside of the area surrounding the lake, as nothing will grow and nothing dares to live there.However, Liltha is also known as one of the more haunted places on Foricia. The spirits of those killed in the civil war wander the plains, also accompanied by a great many animates skeletons and zombies. It is a Spirit Mage hotspot, though the everyday people of Liltha county mainly struggle to survive off of the freshwater fish in the Saiben Lake. Understandably, Liltha county has a rather low population.
