A western seagoing county, Valorei is just south of Vaine and just north of Lock. As such, it has mixed influences, but tends to stray to the side of Vaine. Valorei is known as the official port of the western coast, much like Seaside county is the official port of the eastern coast. It harbours the navy for this part of Foricia, and also serves in the trading business, as the lands across the sea are more easily reached from the Laphis sea than the Citrine.The people of Valorei usually crowd about the sea in coastal cities, with a few branching out to the rest of the county. In fact, so many people were clogging the coast that the count decided to move his capitol from the coastal city of Sera to the more inland city of Reens. Most of the monsters are seagoing ones, such as naga and sea dragons, while a few forest creatures wander in from the forests of the counties to the south, such as wolfweres, avorein, and other monsters.
