How the heck am I supposed to use the Pokeradar? Prof. Rowan said he installed it on my PokeTech (I forget what it's called sweatdrop ) but I don't understand how to use it.

Go to Key items and use it. It doesn't work in caves or tall grass. Only regular grass. The Poketech app shows how many in a row you've gotten from pokeradaring.
