Another contest.
A contest to decide the next few guild layouts.
With prizes. Good prizes.
Now read the rest of this post and the next few ones if you're interested, kay?
Now, you probably thought that you needed some super good program such as PS and PSP to join the contest.
Or that you had to have 2+ years of graphic making experience.
Ummm... Sorry, no, you don't, but having them doesn't disqualify you either.
Anyone can participate long as they have a scanner or some graphic program, including MS Paint.
Because this is partially based on creativity, having or not having a good graphic program does not affect your chances of winning too much.
In other words, you should all have an equal chance of winning.
And by the way, you do not need to include coding.
Your layout is basically a banner.
Your layout may feature coding, but do not code the layout for us.

Submission Deadline:
*Monday, 15 October 2007 @ 12:00 A.M. NST to Rageofantasies via PM
Requirements:
*Your layout will consist of two banners.
-Main layout banner must be at least 500x500 pixels and no more than 700x700 pixels.
-The other banner, the mini banner, must be 200x40 pixels.
*You must add the guild name, or any variation(s) of the guild name on the banners, clearly visible and readable.
Other:
*Your banner does not have to feature anime and manga. It can, but it doesn't have to. It can feature anything within the PG-13 range. Yes, this means that your layout can feature a bunch of random text. Lots of splatters work as well. Be creative. Use whatever. Make it anything you want. Make it look cool, cute, scary, elegant, ANYTHING. It can include phrases, not include phrases... To sum it up: Your banner can be anything.
Note:
*Look, using a Naruto picture from AnimeWallpapers.com and adding "Anime Fantasies" to it does not make the thing a layout. Doing so will automatically disqualify the entry.
Another Note:
*All entries submitted to Rageofantasies will receive a reply to whether or not it is accepted. Do NOT reply.
Judging:
*After all submissions have been sent to Rageofantasies, a new thread will be created. In the thread will be all submitted entries that comply with the contest guidelines and a poll. A poll will be active for two weeks, allowing 14 days for guild members to vote for their whichever entry they think most deserve to win.
-Each person may vote once.
-You may vote for yourself. You don't have to, but you can.
-Do not create multiple accounts to vote.
-Do not bribe others into voting for you.
-Vote fairly.
-Anyone caught breaking these rules will automatically be disqualified. Additional punishment(s) may be used.
