The doctors prepped the operating room for the operation that would begin shortly enough. The operation that would enhance Iquel's muscles and make him more than just human, it would make him almost robotic in many ways. He would have enhanced eyesight, enhanced muscles, improved organs, and be impervious to almost any toxin known to man. He would be a superhuman in most aspects of his body. They would have to upgrade his weapons as well, but that something that Iquel would have to get other people to do for him. They were only the doctors that would enhance his body and mind, they had nothing to do with his equipment.

The doctors scrubbed their hands vigorously, lathering them with soap, prepping themselves for the surgery for Iquel. They scrubbed, scrubbed, and scrubbed. They had been instructed to make sure that they were to be the cleanest that they could possibly be. There was definitely to be no germs within that operating room. Even Iquel was going to cast a spell that would clean the room of any remaining germs, but it could only do so much within the room. They snapped on their gloves and entered the room, awaiting Iquel from his previous surgery by some obscure doctor that no one had heard of, though one nurse had a cousin who had a friend who had a neighbor who had seen an article online by a uncle who had a niece who heard from her drug-dealer about him, and apparently he was some kind of mutant or robotic, bionic, cyborg thing. No one knew for sure, but they would ask Iquel if he was feeling up to it about it. The doctors at the fortress were some of the best doctors in the entire galaxy, they had been paid and trained by the best in the business. They didn't like the idea of some black market doctor performing surgery upon their "master," but they couldn't do anything about.

The nurses were in the operating room scrubbing down every piece of equipment in there. They had small sponges and were vigorously scrubbing the equipment down as thoroughly as the doctors had with their own hands. They were making sure there were as few germs and contagions within the room as could be help before Iquel came back and used the spell he did to cleanse the room of the small amount of germs and contagions within it.

Iquel entered the operating room in white gowns. He looked around the room and then addressed the collective personnel that were going to be part of the operation, "I would like to thank you all for being here to operate upon me. You all have been paid in advance in case of my death, though we all know that this is unlikely due to my high rate of healing in case of danger and the fact that I know that you wouldn't let me die no matter the case. Well, with that said, I would like you all to begin the operations that will enhance my body in many physical ways."

An archiver stood behind a glass wall and behind a pedestal with a large book on the pedestal, he was writing within it as Iquel put the mask on that would pump in the narcotic gas that would knock him out for the operation that would soon begin, the operation that would put in many implants within his body. The archiver was writing all of the information down and spoke into a microphone that piped his voice into the room. He read what he was writing down within the giant tome that laid upon the pedestal in front of him. "Entry Number: 739542XJ Date: Second of June in the 21st Century Starting at approximately ten minutes after twelve at night, doctors begin to operate on Lord Kayame in an attempt to enhance many parts of his body. He will have a secondary heart added, Biscopea, the Catalepsean Node, Omophagea, Multi-lung, Occulobe, and Bletcher’s Gland. These will be added in possibly one operation, though possibly in a multiple operations. All expectations are of Lord Kayame coming out of the operation in perfect health, but there is a slight chance that he might fall ill or even die on the operating table. All available technology from the mysterious technicians of Terra are here to work on Lord Kayame. He has bought the best medical professionals he could find within the galaxy." "Explanation of Implants Secondary Heart - This implant increases blood supply and pumping capacity and it is capable of taking over entirely should the primary heart fail, also allows survival in low-oxygen conditions and traumatic injury. Biscopea - This impalnt bolsters muscle growth Catalepsean Node - This allows a person to survive when being deprived of sleep by selectively shutting down sections of the brain. Omophagea - Allows to intake D.N.A by eating or drinking the blood of the animals of a planet. Multi-lung - The multi-lung is a third' lung, helps filter out toxins. Occulobe - In short, allows person to see in low-light conditions. Bletcher’s Gland - This allows a person to secrete a corrosive, blinding acid that is strong enough to work through iron bars."

Iquel laid down upon the operating table, taking off his white shirt as he did this. He muttered a phrase as he laid upon the cool steel on the operating table and a surge of blue energy rippled out from him, cleansing the rest of the bacteria and contagions that could have been inside of the room. A nurse looked down over him and smiled before taking the oxygen mask and strapped it onto his head. He smelt the narcotics that were being piped into the oxygen mask. He felt the strong pull of the narcotics forcing him into sleep. His eyelids suddenly felt very heavy and then his eyes slowly shut as he drifted into the drug-induced sleep. The nurse looked at one of the doctors and nodded, giving the all-is-a-go sign, the sign for them to begin the operation.

The doctor lifted his obsidian scalpel over Iquel's chest. He took a deep breath and plunged the scalpel into the delicate skin of his body. The obsidian scalpel divided the skin and began to reveal Iquel's chest cavity. A nurse sopped up the blood from the incision with a small sponge. Another doctor used a spread to hold apart the flaps of skin of Iquel's chest. They swung over a light and beamed the light of it into the chest cavity. A nurse wheeled in an organ transplant cooler on a cart. The nurse opened the cooler to reveal the secondary heart that was to be implanted into Iquel's body to help with the blood flow and such within his body.

The doctors gently and carefully picked up the secondary heart and placed it in the chosen position within Iquel's chest. He oh so carefully grasped the ends of the veins and stitched them and connected them to the ones of the other heart, creating a sort of by-pass and lead-off for the primary heart. He took the suction hose and sucked out some of the blood from the cuts that were being made by the surgeons. More organ coolers were being brought in on carts. The surgeons were working as fast as they could to add the organs all in the same surgery. They sliced and stitched and saudered as they went, connecting nerves, tissue, and other parts within Iquel's body to the new, foreign organs. They were somehow being made to move with incredible speed while moving with the utmost care. They knew what was doing this of course though, it was Iquel subconsciously speeding their cells up to move with blinding speed. They could do all the very, special, needlework and all such careful movements as they normally would but they somehow could do it while moving at a speed that made their shapes a mere blur to anyone not under the affect of the spell that was being woven by Iquel's subconscious. They blurred, nothing had gone wrong as of yet, then a minute ticked by and Iquel was up and walking. They looked around as if they had been working for weeks, but not more than a minute had passed since they had begun the surgery. They weren't surprised though, they were used to having spells woven around them in amazing ways.
