History:
Favored for their unique abilities by the Kirigakure no Sato the Hisame Clan, like many others, were used as weapons during the period of civil war in the Land of Water, it was because of this war in which the Hisame and other Bloodlines were used as weapons that they became hated.

The Clan soon found it's self hunted by it's own, the members getting murdered and assassinated forced the clan to break away into hiding fearful of loosing their lives many of the Hisame hid their true abilities and moved on to live relatively normal lives.

This was not always the case however as the dreaded Kekei Genkai spread to the offspring of the Hisame and once again created hate toward the Hisame who did not do well to hide their child's abilities.

One such notable member of the Hisame clan was known only as Haku, who in his adolescence discovered his gifts in manipulating water much to his fathers disdain who formed a mob against the boy and his mother, killing the mother only to have the mob slaughtered by the boy as he inadvertently used his abilities to create several icicles which pierced the house and killed the family.

Much of Haku's life was unknown, only known that he died protecting another. It would seem like the end of the Hisame's existence from the planet when Haku passed but they continued to live in solitude, many managing to perfect their arts and become some of the most dangerous ninja.

Much of the Clan's history was lost during the period of unrest and hate directed toward those with unique powers, but in secret the Hisame continued to live on with at least four prominent families with-in the Clan and only a handful of offspring the Clan proceeded to act as a type of mercenary force, often offering them selves out for missions that Kirigakure no Sato would not take for one reason or another.

It was seventeen years ago to date when the first of the Hisame wandered back to Kirigakure no Sato and became Ninja despite whatever history the clan had with the Village, it was during this time that the village had once again had the ugly injustice that was imposed upon the people of it's nation thrown in it's face when the surviving Hisame told the villagers of their family, it seemed to have been a part of history that was completely forgotten and with a promise that their clan would be safe from any prosecution the Mizukage would offer an apology to the four families and invite them to return to the village.

With the hate having finally subsided it took another three years for the Hisame to re-organize them selves and discuss their current situation, would they continue to live out the remainder of their days in a suffering isolation or would they return to the Kirigakure no Sato?

In the end the heads of the four families had elected that it was time for the Hisame to return to Kirigakure no Sato, offering a public announcement to all that possessed their bloodline to join them. Of the once proud clan only a small collective of Hisame survived. Some were so disconnected with their routes that they could not even discover which of the four families they belonged to. This was due in part to the fact that some-where along the line a relative of theirs was murdered or they were abandoned and left with strangers to deal with them.

However accepting an apology and returning to the village did not mean that all was forgotten or forgiven for that matter, the Hisame to this day still maintain a slightly isolationist attitude when it comes to the other nin though their loyalty to the Kirigakure is unquestioned, for the village after so many years was a place which they could proudly call their home.


Soon the Hisame children would enroll in the Kirigakure Academy and begin their training and many others would quickly rise within the ranks of the Kirigakure Ninja do to their special abilities, it is the Hisame's main goal to prove their worth to the village so that the transgressions of the past might not ever happen again.


Name: ~Kakei no Fuusou~
Description: Kirigakure no Sato has been home to many prestigious clans, and not many of these can claim being truly normal humans. A person of the Hisame clan is especially true of this, in that their bodies and minds have evolved in a way that not many other humans have, their bodies and minds changing in a way to allow them to manipulate temperature and there by wind currents, the weather, and of course create ice in a way many could-not do.

Advancement Requirements-

Rank 1: A child of the Hisame Clan with this rank of Kakei no Fuusou has awakened their bloodline though they have done this, it is only subconscious. Their ability has not been trained or tested to the point they can harness this, but their body temperature and the temperature of the air immediately around them stays static, at a temperature comfortable for that particular clan member's body.
Effects: A bearer of this bloodline's control over their body grants them with a strength against the extremities of temperature, and as a result, they take 30 less damage from fire or ice element attacks. They may also use Ice jutsu without twisted colors.

Rank 2: A child of the Hisame Clan with this rank of Kakei no Fuushou has awakened their bloodline further than they previously awoke it, and can control temperature to the point that Ice type Ninjutsu and Taijutsu Hybrids could be made, and that they can control temperatures enough to engulf a field in cool temperatures.
Effects: A bearer of this bloodline's control over their bloodline is now enough that they may do 50 more damage to any and all Ice Jutsu used by this character.

Rank 3: A child of the Hisame Clan with this rank of Kakei no Fuushou has awakened their bloodline to their full potential, and can create impossibly chilling temperatures in an area up to 80 meters around them.
Effects: A bearer of this bloodline's control overt their bloodline is now enough that they can can make an area up to 80 meters around them freezing, allowing them to make the area around them have the condition "freezing", which does 30 Cold Damage (Using Ninjutsu Modifier) per turn to anyone who is not a Hisame who is in the field.
