Alright, everyone. I haven't been doing my part lately and am sorry. Time to start working on this guild again.

Designing the guild banner and guild signatures.

Now I have already designed the banner for the title page, I just have total writers block about what to write in the box above the Sagan quote.



I'm VERY open to suggestions (it should be a description about the guild itself.)

As for the signatures, I'll make a few in different sizes.

Getting out there and inviting people.

I really need to start doing this and would appreciate it if you do the same. Skeptic or on the fence, doesn't matter. Invite them. While talking amongst friends is fun, I would really like to see a intelligent dialog start to happen.

Avoid conspiracy theorists and COMPLETE believers and pushers or the paranormal though. Nothing of substance ever happens with them. But if we do our job right, they should hear about the guild, anyway. lol

I feel inadequate to make a suggestion after something as poignant as ILP's idea.

So I'll just do what I can - I'm carefully selecting recruits from Gaian Atheists United. I'm pretty much only inviting the literate and the well-reasoned, even from there.

I'll admit that I'll be very unlikely to invite those who are enablers of religious thought (the live and let live set). I want people who are intelligent and happy to debate (w/gramr plz k thx).

I love the pale blue dot idea.

And just so people know, nothing I make is set in stone. That image I made at the top of the thread is still completely editable along with the banner.

I updated the home page with the new picture. Let me know what you think.
