Personality: Quiet, Cool, Calm and Collected. One of the very Serious types who find it irrelevant to talk to others unless it is important or benefits them. Sometime she talks to certain people, and she calls the weak and stupid, losers. Occasionally she''ll call someone a Dobe, but that just means its a nickname branded on you for life. She also acts very tough sometimes.
She only acts tough or very cool and collected because of things from her past. She's definatly the serious type and defiantly wont let anyone, Anyone get in her way. If theres something she wants, she can always get it no matter what. Nowadays she'll talk to others but it doesn't mean she is obliged to be nice to them. She has a knack to put other down, very easily.

She dislikes annoying people who talk to much.

The thing she does like is usually training, alone.

Record and Background: She can from a strong and intelligent family. Of course, that's what you should expect from the Elite Uchiha Clan. Tesari doesn't have any siblings and her father wanted sons, but got a daughter instead. Thus getting much of a cold shoulder from her father. Her family was a kind of family that only wanted success out of their children. So Tesari learned that if you fail or lose then you fail yourself and bring disgrace upon your family and clan. Seeing is how Tesari was the only child in her family, her father would train her a lot. If she wasn't training she was studying if she wasn't studying she would be training. That was the life she lived, very hard training and rough life...something a little girl shouldn't going threw yet. If Tesari ever did something wrong or didn't train and become strong, her father would then shun her or ignore her. So she would work harder to get the acknowledgment from her father which seemed so hard to earn.
Her mother cared about her though, but she rarely saw her mother on account of all the missions her mother was sent on. Then one day...Her mother never came back from one of her missions. Even though she was still young she figured out what happened, her mother died during the mission. Ever since shes been quiet and cold to everyone and barely talked much but she gained something that she thought she could never get. The strive to become stronger, the want to become stronger so that she would never befall the fate of her mother and get the recognition she wanted from her family. That is why she seems to be good at many things, since she worked endlessly. She did have the best grades in her class at the academy to prove it.

She wears her hair in two buns when she get herself up in the morning, or sometimes in a ponytail whens shes too lazy to do her hair. Her forehead protector is always protecting her forehead and its uncommon to see her wear it anywhere else.

One piercing on the noes and about five small ring piercings on her ears.

She wears this usually, shell wear black capris with her shuriken holster on her thigh, and in the summer she'll wear long ninja sandals up to her knees with black shorts. You can usually see a Uchiha symbol tattooed on her right thigh.
She'll also wear a black plaid skirt with black ninja sandals that go up to her knees. She wear her shuriken holster on her thigh and short shorts underneath the skirt.
She basically wears anything with the simple color scheme of Black and Red, sometimes just plain black or sometimes plain red, She also wears anything white or dark blue but you rarely see her wearing something with bright happy colors.

If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique’s effects are cut drastically. Repeated Taijutsu techniques have their effects cut by 10%, repeated Ninjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 20%, and repeated Genjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 15%. (-1)
Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank 1
If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into stopping their assault. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 or 2, then the attack fails and they do not recieve their chakra back; any other number is failure. May not be used twice in a row. (-1)

The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
