The Chess piece hierarchy works as following:
Pawn: New Member
Knight: 50 Posts (or 5 missions)
Bishop: 100 Posts (or 10 missions)
Tower: 200 Posts (or 20 missions)
Queen: 500 Posts (or 50 missions)
King: 1000 Posts (or 100 missions)

I am the Chess Master (leader) of the Black team while Scary Psychotic Girl is the Leader of the Rebellion (White Team). My job as Chess Master is to send you on missions throughout the various dungeons and terrains based on your job and status (The higher the status, the harder the mission). Each Chess Piece will have a leader which will be determined by the number of riddles you have solved.
