Afternoon, directly after Jubs and Seth fought, Middling
Hood pulled over her eyes, Crow weaved about the afternoon gather with ease. She supposed most people were moving because she looked much like a short, square person--her cloak hid her wings effectively then, she noted.
Or they could see her wings. She checked a few times in windows, and she couldn't see them. Then again her eyes were sore, her head was pounding, and...
Wait, what the bloody hell was that? Behind her, across the street, a small crowd was gathering and she could hear some sort of...yes, that was a fight. It had to be. She stood for a few moments, her curiosity besting her--she was thankful, of course, anything that could take her mind off of Writ--and she watched silently.
Moment or two passed, and Jubs streaked through the crowd, fleeing the scene. His small frame dashed about before he was too thick into the crowd for her to follow. Crow mentally noted that Jubs seemed fleet-footed, even faster than she was. Maybe that was his power?
Never the matter, Crow was curious as to what Jubs was fleeing from. The crowd soon broke apart as a boy stood up, brushing himself off. She glanced about, and then dashed across the street (accompanied by loud clomping), and stopped when she was only a few feet away from Jubs' possible competitor.

Seth continued his mental cursing at Jubs, he was long gone, but it’d be a while before was truly gone of his current hate for that street rat. The dull aches from the bruises Jubs had given him where settling in. The crowd of spectators where leaving. Save for one.
His attention turned to the hooded figure, mainly since it was the only one who seemed to care he was in pain, and the odd clomp sounds it made as it walked.
He stared back at it for a few awkward moments.
“Yes?”

The figure stood, quietly gazing at Seth without much reaction. With a slight tilt of her head, she took a few steps closer.
He had feathers on his ears. Was he related to Jubs? He didn't look anything like Jubs, and seemed quite bothered by the fact Jubs had quarreled with him. Crow pulled back her hood, and smiled rather gently.
"Did you fight the crazy midget hobo?" She queried.

“Crazy hobo?...sure if that’s what you call him” he glanced over where Jubs had run off it as he was mentioned.
So far, out of the three people he’d met today, this girl already seemed the friendliest. Was she a Godling too? It would make for quiet a coincidence she was here only just after Jubs had left. He couldn’t exactly tell if she was a Godling, he was no immediate signs, at least on her face. Her feet seemed odd though, but he could quiet put his finger on how.

Crow leaned in, her eyes fixed on the nice bruise beginning to form on his cheek.
"Yeah, crazy as hell and he dresses too much the part... Sure, he lives on the streets, but it doesn't mean you can't at least look civil."
Her hand raised to his cheek as she leaned over to inspect it. If Seth were to actually look at her hand for more than a moment, he'd notice that rather than normal fingertips, with said regular nails, her fingers were capped with jet black talons. Her nose wrinkled upward and she huffed.
"Geez, I guess after I threatened him he got all mad and decided to pick on another new person... I'm assumin' your new to the Game, righ'?" She knew this child was another Godling, he had ebony feathers on his ears.
Or he happened to just fancy feathers and Jubs is stupid enough to attack normal people in broad daylight. She would hope that Jubs had some common sense.

He nodded in agreement at the girls statement. That kids was everything his parents had told him about the lowers and more. Attacking him just because he was rich, had he no respect?
He leaned back a little as she reached for him, not that she was scaring him, but more the fact that she had claws. Great, the kids had paw feet, and now this one had clawed hands. But she was just inspecting the aching bruise that had formed on his cheek. At least someone cared.
“Yes, I’m new to this Game…I take it you’re his enemy too?”

Crow leaned back, twitched her nose to the side, and placed her hands on her hips. "Yeh could say that."
She glanced around, and then turned back to Seth. "I don't think he did much to ya, I've had worse bruises than that." She noted. She suddenly reached behind her, plucked a feather from her wing, and held it up to the feathers rightly positioned above his ear. The red sheen of her feather was a complete contrast to the soft blue hues of his.
"Heh, well whadda know." She noted to herself.

This hardly qualified as “not much”, but he kept that comment to himself. Right now, Seth was it a agreeable mode on account of Jubs.
He watched as she reached behind her, underneath her cloak and pulled out a bright feather. Was it her feather? Heh, today was turning out into quiet a odd one, the space of one afternoon he’d already met two people who had feather like himself.
But he had to query he comment. “Know what?” he leaned backwards a little, making sure the feather wouldn’t touch him.

"I thought for a moment there... Oh, nevermind." Crow dismissed her thoughts, and her own feather, letting the slender thing fly away with a flick o her talons. "So, where do you call home? I figure you might wanna head on back there, given the fact Jubs got to ya and, well, no one likes walkin' around with bruises the color of blueberries."

”Thought something?” Seth didn’t like where this girl was heading considering the last Godling he encountered.
“The Uppers” he replied bluntly. She was right though, he needed to head home, he was getting tried after his fight with that guy, and he’d already been awake for three days, and that was usually his limit. He’d need to get his days worth of sleep in soon. (Not that you’d be able to tell looking mind)
“So his names Jubs?” he noted as he started walking back in the direction of his home.

"U-uppers?" Crow stammered. The Uppers happen to be a place Crow had not only actually never stepped hoof in, but nor foot--she knew better than to even come near there as a normal girl from the East side.
"Heh... Yeh, Jubs, th-that's his name..."
Calm down, and start asking questions. You seem to straighten up if you get information. Morrigan said, giving her a tug on her wings.
"So what is your name, or do'ye want me to call ya Blueberry Face?" She queried, the soft clomp of her hooves following his steps.

“What?” Seth replied to her stammered echo, he was from the Uppers, was there something from that statement that was that hard to comprehend? Oh, he shrugged it off, commoners…
“I’ll look out of him next time then, little…”he trailed off with a few mumbled vulgar words.
“Seth will do fine thank you”
He was back to his usual dry self.

Crow shrugged, he didn't ask for her name, she wasn't going to offer it up for the hell of it. Seth was his name, and aside from one other question, that's all she needed to know.
"Did Jubs tell you who his god was?" Crow said, her hands fiddling about, popping her knuckles and such absentmindedly. "Never could get it out of him..."

“And yours?” he asked after the small silence that ensued by his brief answer of that very same question.
“He never told me his name, why would he tell me who his God was?” He said, his eyes turning to her fiddling hands. He had half a mind to tell her to pay attention to the person she was talking to. But decided against it considering Jubs’ reactions.

"Oh, damn." Crow cursed, snapping her fingers before she turned back to Seth. Her wings flicked underneath, causing her cloak to suddenly bounce.
"My name? In game, in this, I'm Crow."
She went on the next few steps quietly, before she finally added another musing that had popped in her head. "Well I didn't realize the kid just went to punchin' ya, I was thinkin' he had a damn good reason."
