Journal entry one, happy birthday. Name: Antubis. Species: Magical fox. Gender: Male. Age: Baby.
And that was all Emmilyn knew about the curled up little fox she adopted from a shop in the Bunny Luv field she happened to stumble across. With amazement and awe, she carried the small creature in her arms and close to her chest to the tent she had set up the day before.
When Emmilyn found the strange clearing with it's many unusual inhabitants she had no means of staying, but she found herself more and more intruigued by what she observed and in the end made the decision to stay a while. She set up a tent and wandered around the fields until she reached some sort of shop, run by a human like herself. Inside was a wide array of supplies and also some young creatures the shop owner was trying to find a place to stay for. Emmilyn was drawn to the many newlyborn creatures scattered around the shop and that was when her eyes fell on a small curled up little fox. She gently stroked the creature and to her surprise it didn't seem to dislike her touch. It didn't take her long to decide she'd stick around for a little while longer and take the baby with her.
And so, the dark haired woman brought the baby to her tent. It moved slightly in her arms and when she carefully laid the fox in a cot she had prepared earlier, it seemed to fall asleep. Again, Emmilyn stroked the creature, whispered 'Happy birthday' and smiled.

Journal entry three, growth.
Poof. And once more Antubis escaped from those silly chores he needed to do around his caretakers tent. "Antubis?" Emmilyn called, shielding her eyes from the sun that shone so peacefully on Bunny Luv field. When there came no reply, the woman let out a sigh and retreated once more into her tent she now called home. Antubis had grown a lot in the past few weeks and now he reached his childhood, he became more and more mischievous, teleporting himself away whenever he didn't agree with what had to be done. Like now, for instance, when the young fox was supposed to wash the dishes from supper the day before. Emmilyn poured water into a small round plastic object, mixed it together with some soap and started on the dishes by herself. Children never change and she knew that.
Antubis was walking along the borders of the Bunny Luv field, peeking into the trees for something new he might discover. He wasn't allowed to venture into the woods without his caretaker and even though his curiousity grew every minute, he didn't want to cross Emmilyn because she took such good care of him. The fox glanced back at the tent he had dissapeared from with slight remorse he let Emmi take care of the dishes by herself again. This was soon forgotten when his gaze returned and he spotted the river. With pleasure, he ran towards it and rested at the bank for the rest of the day.
