Clan Info: The Uchiha clan were one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to incorporate the Uchiha fan symbol into their official logo.
Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye.
The clan itself is known for their ties to fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, they must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Thus is the tie between the manipulation of fire and the mind of an Uchiha member.
The Sharingan, although appearing in the user's eyes, is tightly regulated by the user's body. That is why, if someone is able to take the eyes of an Uchiha, it takes more strain to use the abilities of the Sharingan. Information on the matter has been revealed through Hatake Kakashi, who received a 'gift' from Uchiha Obito before his death. Details of the encounter was recorded by Kakashi and handed over to Uchiha Sasuke, who has passed it down. It is now in possession of the current Clan Head and reveals many of the secrets of the Sharingan.
Uchiha Character Rules:
-May not have the Hindering traits: 'Sealed Ninjutsu' or 'Sealed Genjutsu.'
-There will only be 2 clan spots.
Sharingan Bloodline Stealing Rules
- You must first acquire the eyes from a killed Uchiha, or a death of a comrade Uchiha, you must then spend a week (Real time) in the hospital, recovering from the transplant.
-The stolen eyes are always active.
-The upkeep cost is Doubled if only one eye has been taken
The Sharingan Eyes
Description: The Sharingan is the exclusive trademark of the Uchiha Clan and one of the more notorious doujutsus. Is able to both copy techniques and hypnotize foolish opponents, it runs a close race to being as powerful if not more than the Byakugan of the Hyuuga Clan. Is signified by red eyes with a varying number of swirls depending on the user’s current rank of Sharingan.
Requirements: Must be activated and costs 10% of your total chakra every turn it is open
Dokushinha Sharingan--
First level of Sharingan that can be obtained by an especially gifted Uchiha, it is astoundingly weak compared to the higher forms of the Sharingan, but is quite potent when used by someone who can think on their feet. Not capable of extraordinary things at this level, can still instill fear in those who have heard of it. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop one of the wheel swirls. May be opened in the Setup Phase
Requirements--
--Must be a part of the Uchiha clan
--To unlock the Dokushinha Sharingan, the member may roll a d100 once a day (Real Time). If the last digits of the number that is rolled is either a 1,3,5, or 8, it is unlocked and the clan member may then buy the skills for the Sharingan.
Sharingan Sight - Rank 1
If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique’s effects are cut drastically. Repeated Taijutsu techniques have their effects cut by 10%, repeated Ninjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 20%, and repeated Genjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 15%. (-1)
Sharingan Copy – Rank 1
If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll 1 through 3, you learn the technique; any other number is failure. Cannot copy clan techniques. (-1)
Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank 1
If the Dokushinha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into stopping their assault. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 or 2, then the attack fails and they do not recieve their chakra back; any other number is failure. May not be used twice in a row. (-1)

Ninjuuha Sharingan--
Second level of Sharingan that is granted only when the owner of the Dokushinha Sharingan is put through an extraordinary amount of training. Should they succeed, the Sharingan’s power is nearly doubled and becomes much more powerful. Capable of some truly exquisite abilities, it is most common in Chuunins, but is said that some Genin can obtain it as well. This is the second variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop two of the wheel swirls. May be opened in the Response Phase.
Requirements:
-Must have mastered all Dokushinha Sharingan skills.
-Must have used all Dokushinha Sharingan abilities successfully at least twice.
--To unlock the Ninjuuha Sharingan, the member may roll a d100 once a day (Real Time). If the last digits of the number that is rolled is either a 2,4,or 6, it is unlocked and the clan member may then buy the skills for this form of the Sharingan.

If the Ninjuuha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique’s effects are cut drastically. Repeated Taijutsu techniques have their effects cut by 15%, repeated Ninjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 25%, and repeated Genjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 20%. (-2)

If the Ninjuuha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 6, you learn the technique; any other number is failure. Cannot copy clan techniques. (-2)
Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank 2
If the Ninjuuha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into stopping their assault. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 4, then they must stop their attack, and none of their chakra or stamina is regained; any other number is failure. May not be used twice in a row. (-2)

Toripuruha Sharingan--
Third level of Sharingan that is granted only when the owner of the Ninjuuha Sharingan is put through a great deal of anguish or an incredible ordeal that taxes both mind and body. Should they succeed, the Sharingan’s power is nearly doubled yet again and becomes fearsomely powerful. Capable of only the most powerful abilities, it is most common in Jounins, but is said that some Chuunin can obtain it as well. This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later. This form can also initiate the Mangekyou "Kaleidoscope" form. May be opened in the Loss Tag Phase.
Requirements:-Must have mastered all Ninjuuha Sharingan skills.
-Must have used all Ninjuuha Sharingan abilities successfully at least thrice.
-Must have killed at least one person (Does not have to be a friend, may be an NPC or another player)
--To unlock the Toripuruha Sharingan, the member may roll a d100 once a day (Real Time). If the last digits of the number that is rolled is a 7, it is unlocked and the clan member may then buy the skills for this form of the Sharingan.
Sharingan Sight – Rank 3
If the Toripuruha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique’s effects are cut drastically. Repeated Taijutsu techniques have their effects cut by 30%, repeated Ninjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 50%, and repeated Genjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 40%. (-3)

If the Toripuruha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 9, you learn the technique; any other number is failure. Cannot copy clan techniques. (-3)
Sharingan Hypnotism – Rank 3
If the Toripuruha Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into stopping their assault. If you choose to do so, roll a D10 dice and if you roll a 1 through 6, then their jutsu fails and their chakra/stamina is not re payed; any other number is failure. May be used twice in a row. (-3)

Mangekyou Sharingan--
The final level of the Sharingan it begins to show its roots from the Byakugan Eyes of the Hyuuga Clan. In order to obtain the ultimate doujutsu, the owner of the Toripuruha must kill their best friend, no small feat indeed since it can easily lead to the shinobi immediately becoming a missing-nin and become hunted by ANBU. May be opened at any point during the battle.
Requirements:
-Must have mastered all Toripuruha Sharingan skills.
-Must have used all Toripuruha Sharingan abilities successfully at least three times.
-Must kill an extremely close team member or teacher.
Sharingan Sight – Rank 4
If the Mangekyou Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, than if they decide to use the same technique again in the same battle, then the technique’s effects are cut drastically. Repeated Taijutsu techniques have their effects cut by 60%, repeated Ninjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 100%, and repeated Genjutsu techniques have their effects cut by 80%. (-4)

If the Mangekyou Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to copy the technique. If you choose to do so, you learn the technique. Cannot copy clan techniques. (-4)

If the Mangekyou Sharingan is activated at the time an opponent attempts to use a technique, you may choose to spend 5% of your total amount of Chakra to make an attempt to spin the Sharingan and hypnotize the opponent into stopping their assault.
