As far as I am conserned its not as bad as everybody makes it out to be, I personally dont really mind but I do agree that they should eather have a choice of the 5 symbol bar and/or the drop down menu or better yet have the drop down menu with the 5 symbol bar to at the very least fill in the space that has been left blank by its absence.
But the people who say they will never be able to adapt to it, I mean come on it a slight change it not as if you are and alcoholic and your kidney was recentally removed and now you cant drink alcohol anymore, in short thoses people have to get over them selves.
Also I'd like to add that with the new system the only way that I have found to customize my avatar is to scroll to the bottem of the page and click the "dress up" link, that really needs adding to the "my gaia" heading's drop down menu.
But all in all in my opinion the 5 symbol'd bar was easyer but the new sytem isnt as hard to use as people say it is, we should have a choice on which we have desplayed though, that is my view and I'm certain that people are going to disagree with it and say thats not how it is, but from how i see it that is exacally how it is.
