This was once a large area used for meditation by the original riders two miles away from Doru Araeba. However, during the battle against Galbatorix and the Forsworn, a dragon rider and his dragon fought off three of the Forsworn but did not kill them. Five other Forsworn, including Morzan, ran to their comarades' aid. Sadly, the lone dragon and its rider fell to the combined might of the eight evil men and their corrupt dragons but not before the rider and the dragon santified the area to enhance the magic ability of anyone in the area.
