Description: Using hand seals and chakra control, a shinobi from Kirigakure no Sato can alter the temperatures and manipulate the moisture around them to cover an area of 2 miles around them with mists. This technique is an excellent technique to use before sneak attacks, or to cover one's flank when retreating.

Effects: The opponent is trapped in a sphere of water. They cannot do anything that requires movement whatsoever. They may not attack or use any form of weaponry while in this sphere. Every response phrase, the opponent may attempt to 'break out' of the sphere, by rolling the D100. If a 1-45 is rolled, they may escape and attack as usual. For every turn the opponent is trapped in this sphere, they lose 10% of their health, from air loss. The user of this jutsu cannot use any jutsu without the skill one handed seals while maintaining this jutsu, and their evasion is halved.
Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times
