Wanna be part of the Black Pearl crew? Man I wish I could be a part of it, haha.
Nah this is actually for submitting a form if you would really like to be part of the crew here. It's not much, but it would be greatly appreciated. There is no painful physicals, or truly wrong answers. All I ask is you be honest when you fill this out. Alright, here we go.
#1. Alright, it's your first day on the job, but you see a member being a complete p***k about something that goes against the ToS. How would you handle it in a matter that would be appropiate not only for him, but for the fellow guildsmates?
#2. If given the opportunity to be in charge of a contest, lets say, a Christmas themed contest, would you or would you not take the chance. Why or why not?
#3. Alright, the guild has died down and not really been truely active for a couple months. The captain is having a hard time trying to keep this place going. Would you a). walk out on the guild; or b) try to help as much as you can with a solution?

#1 not sure what you mean by "p***k". In any case I would edit or delete any posts that did not correspond with the TOS. I would send the person an pm about his/her violation as a warning, and tell them specifically what they did wrong. If they persisted I would ban the person.
#2 I would most likely choose to be in charge of the contest. If for some reason I could not, I would give the reason why.
#3 I would work hard and use my powers to bring members to the guild. As Captain of a previously "dead" guild, I would have a large influence to bring in members. I do not give up on guilds because they become slow.

OK.:
#1. Warn him/her. But, in a kind way. I wouldn't want to be a jerk myself >>! Like Tango said, if things get outta hand, I'll end up banning him/her.
#2. I would take charge of it, unless I couldn't manage the time (but I should). I'm often full of good and creative ideas razz . I'd be able to keep things alive and what-not. But, if someone else wanted to take charge, I'd let them, or we could compromise.
#3. Try to help. Maybe promote the guild if that would help. Or try to get a small discussion going to live things up again.
