Wolvar was just like an exile island for many of the previous towns and cities. One day the guards were overthrown and the island became it's own fortified stronghold. The exiles there live in relative peace after the great war, and havent been maruading for decades.
It looks like a bunch of shacks were hastily put up and ignored later on, theres trash and bodies all over the place, but no one wants trouble from the outsiders, theres no leader, or police force, but maybe there should be.
Noteworthy People would include Seth and Kris, but you wont find them on the island, rather their workshop is perhaps two miles out from the coast, their shop has a ton of... strange... items... but definately worth checking out...
