Within the servant's quarters beneath the main floor of the castle is a small kitchen. It is homely and bright, with fresh fruit out for those passing by, and many cupboards filled to the brim with necessities for all the peasant's of the household.
In this kitchen is, where the servant's make their meals and have a chance to eat at, instead of using the regal kitchen - which is more open to the rest of the house.
In this kitchen it is more private and was made just for the servant's, as a place to go on their own and enjoy a meal or refreshment

Ondreya sat upon the top of the kitchen's table, quietly munching on an over-ripe apple. There was plenty of baskets that had been filled to the brim with fruit, and she had no troubles taking advantage of her moment alone with them.
She was a servant girl, with standards that were non too high, and a future that said she would make only what she needed and nothing more. Unlike her brother, Ondreya had landed a place among the other servants, tending and caring for whatever needed it. Adrian was head knight, and was well respected among many. Though Reya didn't think she had many talents, somehow she was always capable of making friends.
She wiped a brown wave of hair away from her face and swiped it lazily back into her bandanna. With a flick of her wrist she tossed her finished apple into the waste and wiped a dirty hand upon her baggy tunic. Fixing the fabric that covered her palm she headed out of the kitchen, happy for her few moments alone.

Sora walked into the kitchen to grab a quick snack before going to her healers class. She was starving since she hadn't eaten breakfast that morning because she was finishing her homework from the day before. She was singing to herself when she noticed that she was not the only person in the kitchen.
"Hey...just grabbing a snack," Sora said stuffing a bunch of cheese in her mouth.
"You aren't going to tell on me are you?" She said knowing that she wasn't supposed to be in the kitchens.
"I am really hungry...sorry if I am intruding...my name is Sora. What is your name?" she said holding out her hand.

Ondreya jumped slightly with the sudden sound of the other girl. Turning around she flashed a smile, "Tell on you?" She asked questioningly, eyeing the girl from her short cropped hair to her baggy clothes.
Smirking Reya said, "I just might. But since you have such a pretty name, I won't."
Ondreya laughed and held out her less-than-tidy hand. "I'm Ondreya, Reya for short. Naturalist and garden tender and all-around loyal git."
Looking at the girl Ondreya could tell that she was pretty, and slender with clothes that did nothing in the means of flattering her. At all.
"I wouldn't tell on you. Us servants look out for each other when no one else does."
She cocked her head to the side, caught in thought. "Whereabouts do you reside here? I have to say that you don't look familiar to me. I usually recognize..." Her voice trailed. She had a habit of rambling too much.

"You probably haven't seen me around because I live with my family in a private part of the castle just in case the king needs to be healed by my father. And I mostly just keep to my studies but I am trying to get out and about a bit more lately."
I really need to make some friends around here, Sora thought to herself. Staying cooped up all the time is no fun.

Ondreya couldn't help but feel a little confused, and the look on her face gave it away.
"You're a... healer?!" A huge grinned spread across her pretty face. "That has to be one of the best things I've ever heard! That's so interesting!"
Smiling widely, she asked repeatedly, "Is it fun? Do you get to heal people? What's it like? Do..." she cut herself off, looking shameful, "I'm sorry, my tongue runs away sometimes."
Foolish. She was foolish. But a healer? She had never met one before, though she had always admired the private people, she had never thought too much of it. Reya had always just wanted to be a knight.

"I am a healer...yes. It really isn't all its cracked up to be. I love helping people but we all have to be so focused and private. I am not supposed to be fratinizing with people who are not healers or people being healed. It is quite stupid really. But I love what I do and I just can't wait until my training is done and I can go out into the field," Sora said realizing afterwards that she should have kept her mouth shut. Changing the subject she said,
"So what do you do exactly?"
