Not including my obvious favorite, I'd have to say Kimimaro's the coolest sound ninja.

...Or at least he was. ...Stupid tuberculosis...

They definitely produce some cool looking ninjas. Ok, well...Kimimaro. Since techinically Orochimaru came from Konoha...On that note, No matter how gross/evil Orochimaru gets, he is still completely awesome looking! I really liked Kimimaro though.
