Rules:
-- Leveling is rather simple. You must reach a specific amount of experience before you level up. When you reach that point, you gain 100 stat points to divide amongst your stats as you please. The following will give you an idea as to just how much xp you require to level up
Levels 0-10: 100 experience will level you up once
Lv 1...so 100 txp (txp = total xp)
so in order to advance to level 2 you need 100 exp...
Lv 2...so 200 txp
so in order to advance to level 3 you need 100 exp...
Lv 3...so 300 txp
((txp means "Total Experience Points, so that your xp doesnt go down. It just accumulates and stacks onto itself.))
Levels 11-20: 200 experience will level you up once
Levels 21-30: 400 experience will level you up once
Levels 31-40: 500 experience will level you up once
-- From there on in, the experience required to level up remains 500.
What happens when you level up:
--+20 Stat points in two of any of the three tank stats (Health, Chakra, Stamina)
-- You also receive 100 additional stat points to mess around with. Use them at your own digression.
-- You receive x jutsu points every level (X= Your level, so someone who just reached level 5, receives 5 jutsu points, and so on)
-- You recieve x skill points every level. (see below)
Level 1-20 gets 1 skill point per level
Level 21-50 gets 1 skill point per 2 levels
level 51+gets 1 skill points per 5 levels

How to obtain Experience, and how much is gained:
TRAINING--
-- Basic Training: Training done with your jounin instructor. This training is done with you following your jounin's instructions or by performing the tasks commanded. Every 'session' should require at least 10-15 posts from each member, each post being 20 lines (When posting, each 'line' of text counts as one line) long. Every time your character completes a session of training with your Jounin, you will gain 50xp towards a level-up. However, you may be training for various things. Therefore, the following will explain it:
When you complete a session, you gain one of the following--
-One jutsu (You only need to pay half the jutsu point cost if you trained for it)
-One skill (Free of cost; some skills require Jounin training [Your jounin may at max teach you 10 skills])
-50xp (Your jounin may at max give you 1000xp, or five levels. After this point, you must either train for a skill or jutsu. Otherwise, you must train by yourself, or with another)
Every Session= 10-15 posts (20-25 lines each post required) results in 50xp, a jutsu, or a skill
--Personal Training: Personal training is training in which you will train alone, and by your own means. Doing so takes longer to do, as you lack the aide of another, and thusly takes the longest of all training . You may train alone for as long as you wish. Refer to below, to find how this is done:
When you complete a session, you gain one of the following--
-25xp and one jutsu (You only need to pay half the jutsu point cost if you trained for it)
-100xp (You may train as much as you wish)
Every Session= 10 posts (20-25 lines each post required) results in 100xp, or a jutsu and 25xp
--Partner Training: Partner training is done with yourself and up to two others at once. Because you can watch for the mistakes of another, you can gain valuable leadership experience, and information as others help you with your problems. This makes training easier and quicker. Each person gains either 75 exp, or 25 exp and ONE jutsu learned, not both. You may train with your partner(s) so long as you wish. Refer to below, to find how this is done:
When you complete a session, you gain one of the following--
-One jutsu and 25xp (You only need to pay half the jutsu point cost if you trained for it)
-75xp (You may train as much as you wish)
Every Session= 5 posts (20-25 lines each post required) results in 25xp and a jutsu, or 75xp
COMBAT--
NOTE-- Practice Battles are not rewarded with Xp. However, spars with your jounin, teammates, friendly battles, etc. will give you xp, and no negative consequence for losing. Real combat situations give you xp, but have horrific consequences for losing...
Win, draw, or lose, you will always gain experience.
When you win a battle your Exp Earned follows this formula:
XP gained=(Opponent's Level - your Level) * 5 + 75
IE) (5 -3)* 5 +75
2 * 5=10
10 +75= 85 xp gained
No matter what, whenever you win a battle, this is the formula you will use
The LOWEST exp you can receive is 50.
When you LOSE A BATTLE: You gain 25 exp. If this is a spar or training, you will suffer no negative consequences, but in real combat you have a high chance of either dying or being submitted into a hospital facility for recovery
If it is a tie or someone forfeits, then you both get 25 EXP. If someone says they forfeit you may keep attacking them, you do not have to stop, thus gaining more Xp, but at the cost of a possible friendship or goal.

MISSIONS--*Note : all Genin need a Jounin instructor to get a mission while still in basic training. Once their Jounin says they are done with basic training, they may get their own missions.
~Getting a mission
To get a mission you must make a post in your Kage area asking for a mission; you may request a certain rank, though that doesn't mean you will get it. Once your Kage tells you the mission and how to start it, you will go off and do it. The Kage will also tell you the amount of posts and the EXP to be given. Should be close to the below.
-- D Rank Missions: Mission completed in full, merits 100 exp. and up to $75 (anybody may do these. Rank D missions are lame, medial tasks that boast no danger)
-- C Rank Missions: Mission completed in full, merits 150 exp each person and up to $150.(anybody may do these. Rank C missions have possible danger, but are usually not life-threatening)
-- B Rank Missions: Mission completed in full, merits 200 exp each person and up to $200 (these can only be taken by Chuunin rank and higher, unless EXTREMELY special circumstances arise; this means you need an admin's permission to take your team or yourself on one. Most likely, the admin(s) will say 'no', so don't plan on anything. Need an admins approval)
-- A Rank Missions: These may only be taken on by Jounin, and Kage level Ninjas, unless under exclusive circumstances. These missions merit 400 exp each person
-- S Rank Missions: These may only be taken on by Jounin, other high-ranked shinobi, and Kage level Ninjas. (Requires EXCRUCIATING permission otherwise.) These missions merit 1000 exp each person.
Each Mission takes a specific amount of posts to complete. For role playing purposes, it will look favorably if you go over the amount (May result in a boost of Xp, an item, etc. This is not always the case, but you have the possibility nonetheless). Below is a chart showing how many posts you have to do for each rank mission, and it changes upon the amount of people in your team, and Kage's digression. You may only have 4 team members at a time for a mission. Don't forget the Kage can change the amount, as this is for reference only.

S - 80 /100 /120 /140
A - 52 /68 /84 /100
