"hey Lady Snow can i make a booth selling stuffed animals and they get them by shooting a target without an object but with there powers?? or if they have a sword they can either shoot there power out of that or throw it at the target!!! and dont worry it will be all safe with precations like:
you can only do a little of the power not the whole thing like if you have lightning as a power (using Shias power as an example..) there will only be a spark but big enough to hit the target..

thats kinda a long rule...
