The line "Babble Babble b***h b***h Rebel Rebel Party Party Sex Sex Sex..." can be said "Sechs Sechs Sechs" which is German for "Six Six Six" which is very interesting because he says the word 3 times instead of the 2 times he said the other words Babble, b***h, Rebel and Party.
If you haven't noticed i notice the weirdest s**t 3nodding blaugh

That's kinda cool, and he did dabble a bit in German with that album. Which means your theory isn't too totally far off. I don't know that he would have put the German six six six disguised as sex sex sex in his song, though: Manson gets into a lot of different underlying meanings, but I think that's a little too far.
