Ok, well here's my idea. To create a thread where people can tell about other things to do if you don't feel like running, but can get the same workout as a run. I shall start with one: Mountain biking. Everyone should go out and try this sometime. I've been getting into it lately since there is a trail just down the street. It's not as hard as you would think, but is extremely tiring after doing a 7 mile trail. sweatdrop It provides a really good workout for your thighs and arms.

Playing soccer. It builds great endurance that you can't get from XC.

kayaking is the best (besides running ninja ) it is a great adrenaline rush shooting the rapids, you guys should try it sometime it is the best.

sitting playing diablo 2... no that has running in it as well...
ayep... can't think of anything that doesnt involve running... xd

kaab kayaking is the best (besides running ninja ) it is a great adrenaline rush shooting the rapids, you guys should try it sometime it is the best. white water rafting!! You get a good arm workout and you use your leg muscles because you're hanging onto that raft for dear life with your feet and thus bracing for the tough rapids involves some serious leg muscle use! (Plus it's exhilarating!)

Enigmatic Wind badminton is so much fun!! That's the game where you have the little rackets and the birdies right?? That is pretty fun! Me and my friends were playing it at a party! A bazillion of us were playing at once. Only 4 people had rackets and the rest used their shoes haha. Fun times.

Well, one thing that i do when i don't want to go running is pool running. It gives you the same tired feeling, without the pounding of running on the road. It really helps if you have sore muscles since it makes you flexible!
