Some kid in Canada with Lukemia is trying to break the world record for the most birthday cards ever a human has ever gotten, so he's sent the idea all over the world. Or at least here.
My friend was in Art class, and someone there was making a card. She finished, he asked to see it, and with paint, he wrote on the front in huge letters "LOLCANCER".
Win.

Anyone who wants sympathy because they have cancer should die. I dont ******** care, it is your fault wether you know it or not. If I get cancer, I dont expect anyone to grieve over me. Instead of making people care, find a damn cure, I did.

My mom has cancer, but she's doing everything possible to make sure it doesn't come back.
As for that petition, it seems a bit unnecessary; people can put that type of stuff in their signature/profile if they really feel the need to.

If I get cancer, I dont expect anyone to grieve over me. Instead of making people care, find a damn cure, I did. That depends on the kind of cancer. If you get lung cancer and you're a chain smoker, then it damn well is your fault, but some you end up getting because you genetically inherited a higher chance of getting it (which you can't control. yet.) But, yeah, people who want sympathy just because they have cancer suck. I'm all for doing the walks and things to fund the research to find a cure but shut your whining. You're gonna give me a tumor on my eardrum.

You're gonna give me a tumor on my eardrum. Actually, no. It applies to all types of cancer. First, a cell has a defect in its DNA so it says to the brain "GIVE ME FOOD." Stupid brain gives it food, and the cell multiplies creating more defectants, thus cancer in a visible form is made (Very run-downed version, but it works). So wether you know it or not, subconciuosly you do. However, you cannot stop it unless you use Teh Cure, or your body kills the defected cells...probably for food (in which case, haha, irony).
