Jesus H. Christ on a cracker, no one ever thought of this as a contest? Ah well, the name says it all. This is a contest for the best orchid(s). An orchid (if you don't know this... stare ) is where you grow a lot of fruit on a lot of trees that are the same and close by. As you may know, an orchid that is 3x3 can't have a center, like this.

the winner gets 50,000 bells and an extra, erm, "cool" prize. Here are the rules...

1. You must have 2 orchids to show me.
2. They must be as big as or bigger (which is better) than a 3x3.
3. The 2 orchids must have diffrent fruit.
4. Weed/clover/free.
5. You must clear out all fossils.
6. The trees must be old enough to bear fruit.

You will be judged on...

1. Fruit (Coconuts and native fruit are 1 point, non-native fruit are 2, and a money tree is 5 points).
2. Sanitation (weeds and clover strictly prohibited and result in a -2. Flowers not reccomended. No fruit just laying on the ground, or a -1).
3. Placement (how far apart the orchids are; make them close for an extra 2 points, but too close makes a -3 points. Far apart does nothing).
4. Size (the bigger the better! Example: a 3x3 would yeild 9 points. a 4x4 will give 16).
