Back in the 20s in the era of Prohibition, where sin ran freely in the dark alleys. Speakeasies were common and so was organized crime. On a less traveled street in New Orleans, a small cafe' rests nestled in between two larger buildings. It was a small and family owned business, and was a great place for friends to hang out. Despite the innocent and homey feeling and look that the cafe' had, it also had a dark side. Hidden behind a china cabinet was a hidden passageway that could be opened with the just the right tilt of a small vase. This passage lead deep underground to a secret tavern. Only ones who knew the secret password could get in. The Wayward Kunai is what the small speakeasy was named. An unusual name, but then again, the owner wasn't exactly normal either. This isn't the only speakeasy in town though. There were many, each having a different gang that fought for supremacy and for the goods. This is where our story begins.....
