No one has ever seen a fight as vivid and exquisite as the battle between drow, dark elves, and light elves in the past. They once lived in harmony, dwelling in happiness and gratitude of each others supportive advantages over certain aspects. Light elves were best at healing and keeping the ill stricken brethren healthy and lively. While the dark elves protected their loving world from harm, the light elves sometimes coming to the aid of those unfortunate dark elves that got injured during a fight. All of this kinship ended, though, when the dark elves decided that they could rule over the world on their own with their innate power of levitating, the ability to fabricate darkness globes, healing, and magic along with the ability to use multi-weapons and heavily enchanted weapons. The dark elves didn't have elemental powers like the light elves, but they were able to summon monsters from a dimensional plane under their Queen's consent, though. The light elves held no chance against the dark elves with their current ability to heal and bare single weapons as well as elemental powers that were kept hidden until now, the power of water, which coincides with healing, ice, wind, lightening, fire, earth, and light. These elemental powers aid in their ability to turn on the offensive rather then always stick with the defensive and give them an upper hand, but they still had difficulities. The dark elves knew the light elves were defenseless, and waited awhile before they continued their onslaught. While the dark elves laid back, the light elves began to organize parties to venture through the worlds in search of any allies that could help them in their up coming battle. With time running short and the light elves in a bad predicament, the chosen 5 parties made up of 3 light elves each, departed in search of some ally, in search of their hope. The world of light and dark, a world of both evil and good, a world of balance. This world was where the drow and light elves lived and their powers together held the peace and serenity of the place and insured no harm or danger to their beloved world. But when that circulation is cut the world falls into chaos either turning for the bad side or the good. Either way it does not bode well for the world for too much evil or too much goodness will turn the world upsidedown. In the upper right there was a very dark and forboding forest that was incidentally named Deraztah Forest. In the upper left corner of the world was the promised land, a place that elves went to in time of need, a place of comfort and healing of the body and mind. In the lower right corner was the region where the light elves and the dark elves resided and a big black wall went around the region with guard posts lined every 50 feet or so across the wall. The dark elves lived more towards this wall for they were the protectors of the peace while the light elves lived closer to the middle for they were the holders of the peace. On the left side of this region is a vast desert that was believed to have a life of its own. If any lone elf went into the desert they were said never to return and never to be found. If you continue farther left in the far left corner of the world is a portal, the portal that led to other worlds and led hope into the hearts of the light elves that would soon make their way to that very same portal. This was the world that the elves called Afuliyan.

Gaia Name: Character Name: Age: Weapon: Light Elf or Drow (Dark Elf): Bio: Appearance:
~~~If you want to be a light elf there are only three spots we are concentrating on one group of the light elves rather then all five so only three light elves are needed~~~
Urgent update! I have come to see that it won't work out unless there are some light elves still in the world Afuliyan while 3 other light elves go off into the world and some dark elves pursue the light elves into the worlds to try to stop them. So there is going to be action in the world itself and also in other worlds between the 3 light elves and the 3 dark elves that follow behind them. If you are confused feel free to ask me don't hesistate to ask! Thanks.
She ordered an attack on them but held off for awhile to get the pleasure of a slow torturous end. Appearance:
Gaia Name: brocoli_apocolypse Character Name: Mil'andrin Age: (17 in human years) Weapon: Long bow with arrows made from yew wood Light Elf or Drow (Dark Elf): Light Elf Bio: Mil'andrin was born into a high and noble family. Because of his high stature within the light elven kingdom, Mil'andrin was chosen to lead one of the five parties sent out to search for allies. However, Mil'andrin was quite young and not very experienced in the world, making him not the best of choices. Unfortunately, because of the way the government functioned in those days, elves were chosen due to heritage instead of skill. However, Mil'andrin gracefully accepted the position because of his love for his race. On top of that, Mil'andrin was one of the top students in his age group, making him one of the best choices when it came to choosing adolescents. However, because he has never had experience in battle or with the outside world, it was a poor choice. Nonetheless, Mil'andrin has been chosen and will now be one of the few whose actions will determine the future of the light elves... Appearance:  ((You know hard it was finding a pic...))
Zayana looked around the little base that all the dark elves inhabited at the time and couldn't help but laugh. She knew that it was absurd to even think about taking over the light elves and most importantly the world Afuliyan, but she wasn't the type to not take risks. In fact, she quite enjoyed challenges and was up for anything almost. She got up out of her throne that was positioned in the corner of the base so as to not be too close to the light elves if they were to attack. Even at that thought Zayana couldn't help but scoff. The light elves, take over? Ha! That was surely more absurd then her actions. She passed by many dark elves with a mischevious smile on, nodding every now and then when a soldier would greet her. She moved along the ranks not really caring for any of these lesser soldiers. The one she was looking for known as Rothlen. Now there was a promising young man Zayana thought as she proceeded through the ranks. As she neared the south most borders of their base she turned right and went straight through a gathering of dark elves, of course she didn't have trouble getting through for they quickly moved out of their way some even tripping over themselves or someone else. She paid no heed to them and continued to the center where she knew Rothlen would be and she went right up to him and stood there glowering at him until he turned around to regard her. Zayana never really trusted any male for females were the powerful and the leaders but for some reason she held the upmost respect for Rothlen and she knew she could trust him with her life any day that is why he was the one she always summoned or went through the trouble of finding to talk to him about the plans. She leaned in close to him and whispered "Meet me back at my quarters. I will be awaiting you and I know you dare not disobey me." With that she turned around and headed back in the direction she came, a satisfied look on her face as she saw the soldiers once again stumbling over themselves to get out of her way.
Mil'andrin sat within a small area of trees which lay on the outskirts of the light eleven kingdom, crafting several pieces of yew wood into arrow shafts for the upcoming mission. With much skill, the light elf held the piece he was working on perpendicular to his lap (this formation of how his legs were executed, made them act as a perfect base for the piece of wood he was sculpting). And then, with the other hand, the elf shaved off what was necessary to create the perfect arrow shaft.
The elf usually spent many hours in this place, for he felt at peace; there he was always alone for, just a few miles from this gathering of trees, was the desert. And the desert was a place where few set foot, for those that entered usually never returned. However, the elf was not threatened by this. In fact, Mil'andrin did not understand why his comrades were so afraid, for the desert was quite some distance from this certain area. But the elf did not mind this, for, because of their fear, he was able to have some time by himself whenever he wished to go there. In truth, few elves even left the shelter of their home because of the threat the dark elves placed upon them.
If Mil'andrin was not making arrows, while he resided in this small area, then the elf just meditated, melting into the silence of the trees around him. How he loved to just close his eyes and feel the wind play with his hair, becoming one with nature! Life at home was difficult, for his position in life was quite demanding, especially as of late, for had been chosen to be the leader of one of the parties that would go out in search of allies. Here, he was able to escape from it all. However, at this moment, he was making weapons, which would no doubt be needed on his journey. But crafting arrows was also a favorite pass time of the elf, for it gave him peace.
Sighing, the elf gently laid aside another finished arrow shaft into the small pile he had created beside him. After he was done making the body of the arrow, then he would bring them to the blacksmith, who would then attach arrow heads to them. "Just one more day to go," said the elf out loud to himself as he lifted another log of yew wood onto his lap (holding it in the same fashion as he had been, stated above). "On that day I will become a man... quite a few years earlier than the rest of my peers. I hope I am ready..."
"Mil'andrin we set out soon, no? Do you think we're ready?" Elalieh, one of Mil'andrin's two companions for the journey, said. "I mean, I've never even ventured out of the village farther than this spot. Why us, I mean I know why we need to do this, but why us three in particular? I have an inkling of an idea as to why you were chosen, but I can't help but doubt the Elders' decision to send me along as well." she wondered aloud, more to herself than the determined elf sitting below the tree she's currently tangled in. Elalieh then jumped out of the tree and said, "I wonder what awaits us out there." As she said this she walked closer to the border of the forest and the desert.
Mil'andrin had thought that he had been alone, which was why he dropped the log he had been working on and quickly got into a fighting stance when he heard the elf's voice, his eyes scanning the area swiftly. However, after a few moments, when he had regained his composure, the elf soon realized who it was who had spoken. It was Elalieh, one of the elves who was one of the three who was going to be accompanying him into the portal in the west. However, even though he had figured out who it was (and therefore knew that he was not in danger), the light elf was still quite amazed that he was not alone. Not only that, but Elalieh usually spent time away from the other light elves. So, it was quite strange to see her talking to him, not only seeing her at all.
For a moment, Mil'andrin just stood there, looking up at the elf in the tree as he tried to get all of his thoughts together. However, after she had jumped onto the ground to stand before, the elf responded, his eyes soon falling to the direction of the portal. Even though he could not physically see it, he could feel its presence; it was calling to him, almost as if it knew who he was. "I don't know if we are ready. I hope that we are... but I trust all of you and the Council's choice. They have never been wrong before..." The elf soon paused, turning to face the one known as Elalieh. "And I don't doubt their decision in choosing you. You are one of the most skilled bows man I have ever known... and I am not just saying that..." Smiling, the elf turned completely to face Elalieh as she herself made her way towards the desert.
"I don't know what awaits us... but I am sure that we will be able to deal with whatever comes our way... I am sure of it..." For a moment, Mil'andrin paused before continuing, taking a step towards the other. "So, is this also a favorite spot of yours? It is definitely mine; it is quite special to me..."
