Could someone perhaps help me to interpret my dreams?
I figured that someone in the psychology guild might be interested...

It's an odd request. But I want some help.

I believe that your dreams are subconscience, and I'd like to know more about mine.

I know some of you are thinking "It's your friggn' mind. How am I gonna tell you what you're feeling?"

Well, you're partially correct. You CAN'T tell me entirely what i'm feeling; I should know that better than anyone. But what I want is a different perspective. Sometimes a different person can give you an amazing insight. Just because they could see it from a different point of view.

Okay, here it is. I'll try not to ramble.

I was in my church building, and I had killed my mom. I did n't remember killing my mom, but I KNEW that I had. And I remember that she was lying on a table in the childcare room. I don't remember how I killed her, but I knew it was gruesome. And there were lots of mirrors. Suddenly, when I realized what I had done, everyone I had ever met was calling me. Juts to say hi. And I was in tears, telling them that my mom was murdered. I remember the guilt of having them say that whoever did it deserved to die.
What's weird...whenever something crazy or bad happens in a dream, I don't know how crazy or bad it is. When I do something wrong in a dream, I don't usually realize that I did something wrong. But in this dream, I had a conscience. I knew how awful I was.
And I kept seeing paintings that I had made. My paintings never turn out the way I originally intend. But in this dream, I saw my paintings, painted just how I wanted. And I had made them. There's even one that I've always wanted, but have never been able to make. I just can't do it right. And it was complete, just how I wanted it.
And the story kept switching between my own and an even more odd one. Some woman from the 1800's talking to a very fat judge. The woman's name was Anna Marie, or something. She was dead, but for some reason resurrected, or something. And she was trying to convince the judge of something. And then, he looked shocked. I think he wasn't supposed to know that she had died. And she all thinking "OH CRAP. He knows." And then, to her surprise, he didn't. He, for some weird reason, thought she was pregnant with his kids. o.o;

Okay, I'm done. XD

Many dreams can reflect our subconscious, but often can just reflect our daily lives. These are often called 'garbage dreams'...for example if you were thinking a lot about your paintings in your waking life, it could have incorporated itself into your dream state.
The dream over all makes me want to ask about your family a bit and about the relationship you have with your mother...what the last interaction was that you had with her before this dream...and so on.
I've never fully studied dream interpretation, although I've been into it for a while on my own...
& a few other things.
Hopefully someone else will comment, because it's definitely not my area of complete competence.
Good luck. smile

She lay down on the grass,
Looking up at the sky,
thinking, it’s all she can do.
If she disappeared she would not be missed.
She will be gone just like everyone else.

Getting up from the grass,
she walks on the sand,
looking outward towards the sea.
She walks into the water high up above her knees.

There are several different ways of interpreting Dreams. One way is the Psychoanalytic way, which ties dreams into sexual or aggressive motives. Another interpretation is that your dreams are just events and thoughts that occurred in your mind and creating a story connecting these thoughts and events. Another kind of interpretation of dreams is problem solving. You might have some trouble that you're thinking of a lot and your mind is trying to find logic from that trouble and solving it. And the last one I learned of which is similar to the story, but it's just random thoughts you have... Or something of the like. I did an assignment on this, and unfortunately I don't have the four topics I learned, this is all from memory. Perhaps I can search my USB stick for the project [I'm currently on vacation, you see].

If you want a real accurate interpretation, you'll need to give me a back story to what has happened to you during the days you had those dreams, any problems you've encountered, etc... I'm a little low on time at this very moment, but I'll try interpreting it later.

Here is a semi interpretation: You have a lot of aggression towards your mother, whether you have hidden sexual feelings for her, [Oedipus complex] or you're very frustrated with her. Everyone is trying to cheer you up because obviously your mother meant something to you, but when you killed her you were just so frustrated with her that you wanted her dead. When you wanted to avenge your mother, you just remembered the happy moments with your mother, while the unhappy moments were repressed. She gave life to you, and you were just angry at whomever could have done such a cruel thing to your mother.

Some dreams can be as easy to explain as that...

Did all these happen in one sitting? In one night? or are these dreams from more than one day?

Try interpreting your dreams by yourself. You don't need to have taken any classes. You know better than anyone here what happened before and after the dreams, so it's perhaps easiest for you to interpret them yourselves. The first step to interpreting dreams is catching them, and you have.

As for Anne Marie, do you know what she was arguing about? Perhaps from a television show or something. Maybe not the same name, because your mind sometimes pieces things together no matter the relevance. But what you have to remember that it is your dream and not someone elses. Even if the person in the dreams is not you, it's still your problems and subconscience.

I'll try better next time, when I can go more in depth.

The waves softly hit her legs.
She looks at the sunset and its yellow-red hues
she walks into the sea, farther and farther,
opening her arms towards the wave.
The water is high up to her hips.
The wave comes towards her.
She looks at the wave with her arms stretched out;
the water starts to rage, the wave hits her body hard.
Then the water calms down. The water recedes,
then darkness falls, and all goes dark.
The sun goes down and the day is done.
