Hello, I am the official Gofer_Goddess. I am in charge of all the volunteers for Shimakon. If you'd like to be one please post here or e-mail me at goddesspandra@yahoo.com
~*You Must be 16 years or older to Volunteer
~*We ask that you work at least the minimum 12 hours for Shimakon (If you're volunteering for all three days)
~*Crash Space is available for those who need it. The cost is $10 a night or $30 for all three days.
~*You do NOT need to purchase a pass if you are going to volunteer.

16 years old?
(If I were to go, I would still be able to volunteer because Shimakon is right after my birthday! xd ) Darnit, I'm jealous of whoever is going! xp

$10 a night to stay in a room? Like sharing with how many people? Crashing to me sounds like crashing on the floor or a couch... are there discounts on rooms if crashing does mean on the floor? I just want to know... I am not a floor person. razz

I guess crash space sounds weird. Well it is a hotel room with 4-6 people sharing. There will be beds. We will try to make sure that everyone gets a bed. First come, first serve. The hotel sold some of our crash space rooms last year scream This year we are seeing how many people are intersted. People who end up on the floor or people who request it or they come in on the day of the kon.

Or, atleast some of them? I could line up 3 other people to share a room with me.
