In depth explanations:
HP - A unit starts the battle at full HP, when a unit takes damage it loses HP in accordance with how much damage it took. If a unit gets to 0 HP or below, it is disabled and they lose and the other person wins.
Spd - Speed is the measure of how many squares a unit can move in one action, these moves may be foreward, backward, left, or right, but never diagonal. If a unit's Spd gets below 1(0 or lower), due to disadvantages , then they will be unable to move. They may still attack though.
Act - A unit may only take so many Actions(Act) per turn, these actions could be to move the units base speed and shoot, this may be to move the units base speed twice, it could also be to shoot twice or as many actions as you have. Keep in mind however that once you have attacked or shot at a target you may not move again that round. Reloading most weapons takes one action unless otherwise stated.
Atk - This is the number added to 1d20 to determine the Total Attack Value, which is compared to the opponents Total Defense Value, to determine whether or not an attack hit.
Def - This is the number added to 1d20 to determine the Total Defense Value, which is compared to the opponents Total Attack Value, to determine whether or not an attack hit.
Rng - Range is the measure of how many squares a weapon can reach, most melee weapons have a Rng of 1, while long range weaponry may have a Rng of 8, meaning it can reach up to 8 squares in front of it. A shot may only be fired in a straight line though, it may not be fired diagonally through squares.
Rds - Radius is the measure of how many squares are affected by an attack, a weapon with a Radius of 1 hits only the square targeted. A weapon with a radius of 2 hits that square and another square out to each side(right and left). A weapon with a Radius of three hits the same as 2 plus another square to the top. A weapon with a radius of 4 hits the square targeted plus one square in every direction excluding diagonals.
Amm - Ammo is the count of how many times the weapon may be fired be for it needs to be reloaded, all reloads take 1 action unless stated otherwise.
Adv - This is a bonus granted to a unit for some reason, some units get bonuses for being in certain environments, some environments grant bonuses to all suits. These bonuses are added to the suits respective stats for as long as the requirements for the Advantage are met.
Dis - Disadvantages are negatives given to represent some type of hardship, whether its from a unit being in an evironment it wasn't designed for, or an environment that hinders movement of any type of suit, this takes away from a suits respective stats.
NT - A newtype is a person who has a limited clairvoyence, this is granted in the form of stat bonuses. These bonuses are always in effect unless a Newtype Jammer is in use.
ANT - An artificial newtype is a person who has undergone surgery and therapy to obtain similar power to a newtype, some artificial newtypes have even been known to exhibit greater power than true newtypes. This is represented as a simliar set of stat bonuses, though slightly better. These bonuses are always in effect unless a Newtype Jammer is in use.
Tav - The total attack value is the number generated when 1d20 is added to the sum of all attack bonuses a unit has. This is the number compared to the opponents total defense value.
Tdv - The total defense value is the number generated when 1d20 is added to the sum of all defense bonuses a unit has. This is the number compared to the opponents total attack value.
Dmg - This is the measurement of how much damage a weapon or attack can do, this is the number taken away from the opponents HP if an attack hits.
Trn - One turn consists of one units attack, and the opponents defense post.
Rnd - A round is the number of turns it takes for every person participating in the battle to get an 'attack' post.
CRT - A Critical Hit is scored on a dice roll of 20, and does double the normal dmg for whatever weapon was used for the attack. (IE: Heat Hawk would do 30 Dmg on a Critical Hit.)

4) The Initiative Roll and Starting the RP
The 1d20 rolled with each participants stats is called the initiative roll, whoever gets the highest on this roll begins the rp, followed by the person with the second highest roll, etc.
The person with the highest initiative roll shall make a post containing the following:
HP: #/# (Your current hit points.)
Actions Used: (List how many of your actions you used this round.)
Moved From: (Coordinates of your location on your last turn. So A4, B7, etc.)
Moved To: (The Coordinates you moved to this turn. You can only move in the directions up, down, left or right. You are only allowed to move as many steps as your Spd. Please take into account any advantages or disadvantages the arena gives to you.)
Attacks: (You can only attack if your opponant are within Rng of the weapon you are using. You can only fire directly up, down, left, or right from where you are. State who you are attacking and with what weapon.)
Attack Bonuses: (This is where you put any bonuses from your MS or being a Newtype/Artificial Newtype)
Attack Total: (This is where you put your Tav.)

Weapon 2 - #/#/#/#
Weapon 3 - #/#/#/#
Weapon 4 - #/#/#/#
RP: (This is where you place you're actual rp post, stating what you are doing this round in an RP format)
-----------------------
5) Attacking
To attack a person would do the following after typing the above but before posting it:
-Select 1d20 for every attack you are making and submit your post.
-Add any bonuses you get for arena, newtype/artificial newtype, ms to each d20 seperately(13/10/18 + 2 from newtype + 4 ms= 19/16/24 These are the results of 3 attacks.
-Edit your post, adding the results to your post under the Attack Total section.
-Wait for your opponent to post.
-----------------------
6) Defending
To defend the person who was attacked would create a post with the following:
HP: #/# (Your hit points before the attack.)
Defense Bonuses: (This is where you put any bonuses from your MS or being a Newtype/Artificial Newtype)
Defense Total: (This is where you put your Tdv.)
Attacks Hit: (How many attacks succeded in penetrating your Def)
HP Lost: (How much HP was lost to attacks that hit.)
Current HP: (HP after attacks.)
After creating this post but before posting it the defender would do the following:
-Select 1d20 for every attack you are defending against and submit your post.
-Add any bonuses you get for arena, newtype/artificial newtype, ms to each d20 seperately(7/10/19 + 1 from newtype + 5 ms= 13/6/25 These are your Tdv's to be used against each attack.)
-Edit your post, adding your results to the post under the Defense Total section.
-Determine which attacks hit your unit, if the Tdv is higher than the Tav, then the attack missed, if it is lower then the attack hit. If it is the same then you take half damage as you managed to avoid the full impact of the hit.
-List all damage taken in the HP Lost section and recalculate HP and list in the Current HP section.
-----------------------
Once the defender is finished then it moves on to the next person in the Initiative order after the person that attacked. The RP continues this way until either the post limit is reached, at which time the person with the highest HP, or one suit is left standing, is declared the winner.
