Yes, I think some parts of the game was quite easy...
[Last boss spoiler]--->Trance Kuja and Necron, for example. O.o
But I still love it! =D
And I don't think it was that short.

Depending on how much time and care you took to raise someone's levels you could have almost all the characters do 9999 damage with relative ease.

Freya's Dragon thingie
Quina's Frog Drop
Zidane's Theivery

The others you kinda have to work with, but it is quite possible for them all to do 9999 damage. Amarant's damage output is dependant on what all you have in your inventory to throw.

So yeah, you could powergame your way through and most enemies can't block against those 3 damages, so that's 29997 damage in a single round. Not many enemies can outlive that. And if they can, they had best try to kill off everyone in one shot, because they could do it again next round smile

It wasn't that short or easy. Some times, it took a sense of exploring to get past some parts, or a brain to also. It was hard at some parts. It took me forever to actually figure out where burmecia was. I kept going up the wrong ladder. Then there was Cleyra, which also took a long time for me.

The Chocobo quest with the Chocographs was hard for me. I also like to go through and get all the items in the game.

Yeah, to actually beat the whole game, including side quests,it would take you much longer and it would be harhder, and you also have to try and get that excalibur 2! i never got it, but i got ragnarok, excalibur, ultima weapon, tiger racket, dragon's hair, whale wisker, mace of zeus, rune claws, and angel flute. i didn't do the frog hunting yet.

I don't think it was at all short and it certainly wasn't easy. I mean if you just did the basics without all the side quests etc. yer I suppose it could seem easy but it wasn't for me. The Lifa tree took me ages...it didn't help that my dog leant on the console and reset it though lol! The festival of the hunt was also very challenging for me.
In a way it was "easier" with 4 characters instead of the normal 3 I must admit, but it wasn't overally easy so sorry I'd have to disagree, but everyone has there own opinion!
