When pirates aren't at sea, they are most definitely in the "barrrrgh", drinking rum.
Guarded by the most elite, and hugest pirates around, the place stinks of unwashed bodies and booze, just what the pirates are used to.
Also, magical "jutsu" powers don't work inside of here because only real life things can happen inside of the barrrrrrgh.
Though the place is actually called "Surly's", only a ninja would refer to the bar as its real name.
