Legend of the Heart Thieves: Story, Rules, and Profiles

~ Story:
Since the beginning of time Mages walked the Earth. Powerful, strong and gifted with incredible magic’s, they were feared by all humans. One day in a small village a Seer woman made this prediction:
“Born soon a child comes. His aura will be white as the purest snow. Pure magic will flow through his viens. He will be unlike any of our other mages, and he will lead us to a world of balance and prosperity.”
The Seer’s prediction came true a year later when two twin boys were born. The older boy turned out to be another ordinary mage, but the younger sibling’s aura was so blinding that the mages couldn’t see until it subsided. They dubbed the child the Arcane Mage and he was exulted as their divine ruler. However, peace did not last long as fights soon broke out amongst the mages. Seeing his people fight, the Arcane mage unleashed a terrifying display of his magic. He ripped apart the bonds that held the mages, by placing them into clans where each clan could only do one form of magic. The only exception was the Heart Thief clan. Heart Thieves could be born with any type of magic, the only downside was that they needed to take the spirit energy of humans to use it. They “stole” spirit energy through kissing a human and the energy was solidified into a card which they added to a deck that they always had to carry. But now the mages are spread far and wide, and the Arcane mage had long since died. However he is not gone. Reborn in the form of an unsuspecting Heart Thief, the mages are more desperate now than ever to find him. How will the head of the Heart Thief family react when he knows the Arcane Mage is within his family? What will happen when the Arcane Mage falls in love with the one thing he might never be able to have? How will the Heart Thief, dead set on making him her husband, take it? The legend of the Heart Thieves starts here.
Races: Demons, Mages, and Humans
Setting: Placed in modern day in Japan.

Personality: He is quite calm and very few things can phase him. He loves dark colors so people often mistake him or a goth or an emo but he's actually quite personable. He is very respectful and friendly unless you give him a reason to act otherwise.
