Who's read these? Personally, I think these are the best. They follow the story of Mina after the War of Souls. After the Queen of Darkness' death, she converts to Chemosh, becoming both his lover and High Priest - and here is the juicy bit - they actually do love each other! A sinister vampiric cult spreads through Ansalon, the mark of Mina's Kiss upon their breasts. The heavens and the Abyss are in turmoil as gods struggle for power. And it all seems to be depending on three people: Rhys Mason, a monk of Majere turned monk of Zeboim, Nightshade, a kender mystic and nightstalker, and, of course, the girl with the amber eyes: Mina.

I liked the first two, but have been unable to find the third so I figured it wasn't out yet.
But oh, the ending of the second one. It made me jump up and pace for a while in frustration (cuz I didn't have the next one) That was a bit of a O.o reaction.

Phantomofthekitchen I liked the first two, but have been unable to find the third so I figured it wasn't out yet. But oh, the ending of the second one. It made me jump up and pace for a while in frustration (cuz I didn't have the next one) That was a bit of a O.o reaction. Yeah. I read the first two, and yes, the ending was...odd...although for about a chapter in advance, I figured something like that was going to happen...

I have both books, the 3rd won't be out until 2008. I think the idea of Mina possibly becoming a God is an interesting one. I don't know who will fill Paladine's shoes, what if we got Raistlin to do it?? LOL I want more Raistlin!!!!

I've only been able to read the first one can't find part 2 for some reason. It's interesting enough for me to want to find the rest though.

Can you believe that Mina is a Goddess of light!?! omg i thought she'd be evil or neutral! Heh poor Chemosh, he's in love with a goddessof light. I wonder if they'll stll be able to go out? what do you think?

Hmm I just thought that the third book hadn't come to Denmark yet, with all that translation and stuff. I searched the entire fantasy section a couple of times after reading the second book, simply because of that oh-so-very-painful ending. Why on Earth (or Krynn) would they wait for such a long time? eek

interesting thought...what if Mina being a lost god of light...who's going to be the lost god of dark to counter her? Technically since both head gods are gone, they would need to replace them....damn..now would be a kickass time for Raistlin to return and be the head god of dark like he's always wanted to be!!!
