{ POTENT POTABLES & POTPOURRI? }
On the corner of the street between Asterion and the rest of Aschere rests a small, L-shaped cottage. A tall maple tree grows on the front of the property and smoke curls upward from the chimney. Next to the front door is a tall, broad window, and above that is a hanging sign { STORE }. The inside foyer of the cottage is small; on one side is a locked door and on the other a downward stairwell. A sign above the stairs directs customers into the cellar.
It's hard not to be overwhelmed by the smells of mixing chemicals and burning incense as one descends the stairs into the cellar. As you enter the shop area, you are greeted by a rather sad-looking plant and a lengthy "WARNINGS" sign that doesn't seem very interesting. On the front counter is a bowl of what appears to be candy with a card that says "Take. Free!" Behind the counter a thin, blonde Duszek woman who looks as though she'd rather be taking care of whatever it was bubbling in the back of the room.
"Welcome. Thank you for your patronage."

Ten small round flasks filled with one drink worth of runny blue liquid that tastes as good as it smells - not very. Drinking this will restore a good deal of HP.

Ten pyramid flasks filled with a shimmering pink liquid that bubbles when you open its container. It tastes sweet and will restore a great deal of HP when consumed. EXPLOSIVES "Be careful when handling these! If held incorrectly, they can explode! A lot of people in the Asterion League like to use these to gain the upper hand in battles. Two simple bottles filled with some sort of flammable liquid. They are sealed with corks and wrapped around the neck of each bottle is an oily cloth. A label reads: "FLAMMABLE. Stick cloth in bottle. Light. Throw. Keep out of reach of children."

EFFECT Does { X } damage to 1 target.
PRICE X sapphire gems each
The Sparkle Flask is a triangular bottle separated into two halves by what appears to be a thin piece of paper. In the bottom half is a translucent yellow liquid; in the top half, a bright green powder. A label on the front reads: "DANGER. Shake to activate. Throw immediately. Do not feed contents to pets. Do not feed contents to neighbor's pets. Keep out of reach of children." FOR THE FRIVOLOUS "Due to high demand, a number of potions have been provided for 'recreational use'. A vial of red liquid. Contains 2 uses. On the label: "STOMACH SPASM JUICE. Mix half of flask's contents with strong drink. Not for internal use."

EFFECT "May or may not cause extreme lust in the drinker. Will definitely cause large green spots all over drinker's skin."

EFFECT Causes uncontrollable itching upon contact for up to 10 minutes.
PRICE 1 sapphire gem
A packet of white powder. The label reads "ITCHING POWDER. CAUTION: May cause skin irritation."

Can I mix and match what I'm buying?
I ask that, for the sake of my math-retarded brain, you limit your mix and matching to buying half of one thing and half of another. That way, you can get 5 green potions and 5 blue potions for 2 sapphire gems (.5 for the 5 green and 1.5 for the 5 blue).
Is there a limit to how many bottles my character can carry?
Yes. Please exercise common sense when purchasing or else you end up with a character who is weighed down, probably clinking loudly with each step, and risking breaking glass and getting sometimes extremely dangerous chemicals all over themselves. The limits are as follows:
HEALING ITEMS: 10
EXPLOSIVES: 5
JOKE ITEMS: 3
