All Banners must be size legal gaia wise and most not display any forms of graphic nudity. In short just follow the TOS and everything'll be fine.
But also make sure to post the code of the banner as well and make it so it links to the guilds home page.
Also note that the banner can be for anythig. Recruiting for your race or etc.
