Hello!

I have a few suggestions.
Mayby you could make a subforum for roleplaying events only.
Example:
The Dance Party
Halloween Event
(ideas from anime)
And you can also do cosplays
when the host club have different themes
during certain times of the month.
XD
Example:
European Knights
Traditional Kimonos
Tropic Outfits
( ideas from manga)
And once this guild has grown,
you might give permission to members to cosplay
the members with some of the themes
in their own threads.
Hope my ideas are worth your while.

Here's an interesting idea: have a contest like "So you think you can do our job better, huh?" A roleplaying contest where customers and hosts switch roles, and whoever wins would... win something.
I actually have no idea how that would be judged, either. heh.

You can make it in alphabetacle order
with main titles and questions that can
be sorted in them.

Example:
Cosplays
Q.Can I cosplay a main character like Tamaki or Hunny?
A. Unknown <---(until you decide)
Q.Is cosplaying mandatory?
A.No, cosplaying is not mandatory for customers to cosplay as students in Ouran.
Cosplay may be mandatory for special events, such as trips to the artifical beach.
Events
Q.When do you hold events?
A. Unknown <---(until you decide)
Q.Can I create an Event of my own?
A. Unknown <---(until you decide)
These are just a few ideas you might want to
use in the FAQs, so people can find answers
to their questions easier.

So I recently went to the character profiles
and it felt like something was missing.
My idea was that you might want to add things like
height, fav food and subjects.
Example:
Gaia Username:
Character Name:
Favourite Host(s):
Height:
Apperance:
Favourite Subjects:
Favourite Foods:
Anything Else:
How it would look once filled out:
Gaia Username: Tokyo_skoolgirl
Character Name: Satsuki Fumiko
Favourite Host(s): Hikaru,Kaoru...and everyone else. 8D
Height: 5 feet (Im short, ok! ;_; )
Apperance: Currently Drawing..
Favourite Subjects: Art, Science, Modern Literature.
Favourite Foods: Ramen, sweet things.
Any Roleplay Experiences: Somewhat.
Anything Else: Im an outgoing student, Ouran fanatic and anime addict!
This is just to give little more depth to your character.
Kinda like how the ouran manga has everyones
profile at the back of the book.
