I think Lina from Mermaid Melody looks a lot like Zakuro. Though this could be because of her hair style, figure and small eyes. But everytime I see her she just reminds me of her so much. I also think that they act a lot like each other also, becase Rina is kinda meant to be a cool and in control kind of girl.
