it's a Chobits costume (not a lolita dress). you can find them on eBay.

That outfit for example, you can't say that's not Lolita-ish.

the outfit kinda looks erololi to me(the one right above me), and actually there are a lot of chobits dresses that look somewhat Lolita or EGL inspired, only they seem to be more skimpy and break several laws of lolita, but they still turn out beautiful.

Just an off-topic question here...can users in Gaia edit the other users posts? Because the other post I did in this thread got edited.. We need to make this a poll, because it seems controversial, and in the end it is simply personal opinion.
My vote is that Chi's dresses are Lolita style, very much so. My reasoning- ruffles, ribbon, lace, mystery mixed with sweetness.
