I have weak lungs from experiences with cigarettes a few years back. I'm not much of a long distance runner... Should I join Track and Cross Country, or just Track...? =/

if youve stopped, then you'll have to wait a while for your lungs to clear up for be just as strong
but i would do both. I would think it would help clear out your lungs, but im no expert. so long as you don't pick up another cigerrette, and you don't *OVERWORK you should be fine
