Even though I’ve been demoted I am still in charge of this idea, I will take all suggestions into mind, and post up a working idea soon then everyone can put there two sense in, for now I would like you all to just post ship ideas, I will then criticize, and than if we go from there tweaking things.

A few Simple Rules.
1) No criticizing anyone in this thread, if you want to say something about there ship pm me, I will respond in some way if I got it, if I don’t resend it. ((My pm box gets really full))

2) No screwing with the template, I designed for easy use; it works well, and lends itself to easy edits.

3) 1 ship at a time per person, in other words I will only deal with one of your ships at a time, I will have one of the mods delete it if you post two.

4) If you have a problem with what I say and we can’t resolve it I will get a mod involved, don’t start bashing me in pm or whatever.

5) Follow the rules set by this guild, and the Gaia TOS.

6) be creative and enjoy the process, I know it will be frustrating listening to criticism, but keep constructive. I don’t want people quitting over this.

Description and Example

Ship Name This is only for unique ships, you can make custom classes of ships if you like.
Class Since this is for customs please be smart about the class name.
Alliance Sith, or Jedi, or other force.
Planet If you don’t know where it should belong we will place it.
Minimum Crew How few people are required to just operate it.
Maximum Crew How many people can fit if all normal quarters are filled.
Fighters Docked If it can carry fighters tell me what kind and how many of them, take crew into account for this one please. I can’t get any decent source material just make your own.

Shields chose from the list
Engines chose from the list
Other any special weapon or other from the list
Pic or Descriptiona short description or pic

Pic or Description about 8 feet long by about 5 feet long from wing tip to wing tip. It looks a lot like the Jedi star fighters from the clone wars era, but is a bit bigger, and more triangular, it comes to a sharp point and the weapons are all internalized.

Weapons:
(Weapons are leveled based on how much damage they do, based on that you can figure out how much recoil they have, and about how big it is torpedoes have no recoil they just take up a lot of space.)

(Shields are leveled on how much damage they can take before overloading; shields regain strength over long periods of time like 2% in an hour with out extra repair. Ion cannons do more to shields, where plasma cannons will do more to the actual hull. Torpedoes are balanced. Also the larger the ship the thinner the shield is stretched, in other words a minor shield on a star destroyer would be like using tissue paper.)

(The sub ether drive, like its predecessor, allows you to enter sub space, but the sub ether drive can last far longer and is designed for much larger ships. The speed is the same, but the impact is far less.)

Charged Particle Cannon Lv10 A particle cannon is a laser cannon that uses subatomic particles to create a massive pinpoint blast, theses particles must be drawn in from space, they focused, and finally discharged at the target.

The charged particle cannons only difference in this method, is that it builds up a massive amount of particles long before a fight or during, and then focuses them even more for any amount of time, increasing the power heavily. On discharge it can be enough to wipe out the face of a planet.

Focused Particle Shield Lv10 Unlike the particle cannon this system allows the ship to store massive amounts of sub atomic particles for long periods of time, then emitting them through a shield emitter into an oval around the ship.

The focused particle shield has only one difference from its predecessors, it can be target to a specific point creating a circle in space of sub atomic particles, this will be far denser and capable of taking more damage. To date this is the only method that has completely stopped a charged particle cannon blast, but the shields were completely drained from 100%.

Burst Particle Hyper Drive Lv10 The particle hyper drive system, uses built up sub atomic particles then releases them slowly over the trip.

The burst particle hyper drive uses a massive amount to blast from stand still to max speed in seconds. Than slowly using the rest of the built up particles to continue and maintain speed. In either case you can only hold as many particles as your containment system can hold, after words it will be hours before they would be completely recharged. To date this is the only system that has successfully avoided a shot from the charged particle cannon.

Commando Pods Lv7 Commandos are elite units that can kill at an extreme rate, they are few and usually in numbers between 5-10. Equipment usually consists of an automatic blaster rifle (SMG size) that can convert into different weapons. (sniper rifle, grenade launcher, shot gun).

The commando pods are usually only on larger ships, they can hold a max of 5 commandos, they have a shield penetration system, and are two small for sensors to detect, along with a minor cloaking device further hiding them. Strong force users will be able to detect the masked life sings of the commandos. It is not unheard of too have Jedi/Sith take the pods to there enemy ships, the secondary goal of the commandos is to take control of the ship, the primary goal of the commandos is to destroy internal parts (shields, engines, weapons, etc).

Cloaking Device Lv1-9 The bigger the ship the harder it is to cloak, the field can only be stretched so thin. With each level of improvement the cloaking devices drastically go up in cost.

Particle cloak Lv10 Utilizing built up subatomic particles, the device will project a nearly flawless cloak, the device is small enough to fit on a fighter. On small ships it can last for up too 12 hours, on large ships it can last up too 48 hours, this is because the small ship can’t hold a large amount of particles.

Tractor Beam ProjectorLv1-9 Depending on the level you can hold some big ships, but remember shields stop these, shields must be disabled to get a solid lock.

Ok People your pissing me off go re read my description. You can only use weapons and other equipment in the lists, please comply with this unless you want to make a custom weapons or other parts, in that case it goes in other with a description.
