I'm wondering why it seems like many communists I meet hate that I'm in a nazi guild. I mean hawkings is in it but come on. I'm getting flamed everywhere in my profile. I'm tired of it. Its not like the Nazi guild reverses the flame and flame me for being communist. Its really sad. and I'm tired of it.
BTW you guys aren't the ones. Just random haters. I leave them all up if you want to look.

Well I used to be in the nazi guild too, and the same happened to me. But I quit the nazi guild because I didn't liked those guys

I've got mostly leftist views, and personally I don't see anything wrong with you being in the Nazi guild. Hell, I only joined the Fascist guild so I could see their oppinions on things, and learn more about what Fascism actually is.

well.. some of my friends seriously think i'm gonna be a nazi when i move out lol.
i'm not a nazi, and i hate anyone who's racist, but i just abolutley love the nazi uniforms, history of WWII ext.

I leave them all up if you want to look. What person is doing this to you? The ones I seen are light hearted or from what I seen, and take Nazi's as a good laugh. I mean, look at the girl with 88 on the title bar. Thats the calling sign for Hitler, so one made a funny rip off as Himmler as the girl. Though I find this troubling also, and they should know better. I guess they don't bash me for my sig, because I'm a mod...*sigh*

Commies and Nazis just hate each other...which is actually rather prejudice as I see it. Yes, technically Nazi's are racists, Commies arent, blah blah. But daying someone's beliefs are wrong is rather anti-Marxist as far as I see it.
Btw, this made me think of not too long ago when the ACLU (a lot of Commies in general) represented some Neo-Nazis right to demonstate and all that

Not to mention that the ACLU banned communists from membership, and that a founding member, also a founder of the CPUSA, Elizabeth "Gurley" Flynn left in 1930 :p
Seriously, NAZI uniforms? The Soviets totally rocked in that department, and their awards were better too - who can pass up a "Noble Sniper" or "Hero of the Soviet Union" award - not to mention the cool design overal. The only reason they show the fashion designer made Fascist's uniforms is because the bourgeois press would sooner promote Fascism in a positive light than Communism. Not to mention that the Soviets inflicted that vast majority of the casualities upon Germany.
If you're a gender studies type, the Soviet Army employed massive amounts of female partisans - and one of the USSR's most famous ww 2 snipers (of which Vasili Zietsef(v) is the most famous) was a woman.

I like my American medals, though if you want fancy medals the French are the ones, not those Russian ones, though they are both equally worthless. I don't hate nazis, but I hate nazism, same with fascism. If they're racist or anti-semitic though I do hate them, or if they are violent. I think everyone has a right to say what they like, but that doesn't mean I will like it or ever stop arguing with them but I don't flame. Has anyone here ever seen American History X? It's a great movie about neo-nazis, based on a true story but dramatized.

So follows a quote often misattributed to Voltaire, which sums up, in general, my feelings on Naziism. I am vehemently opposed to fascism because it propagates authoritarian regimes and strong governmental power, as opposed to the freedom which I support. However, I'm always willing to listen to people's arguements on both sides of the issue.
